Just not a lot of communication around insurance, and the bills do seem high. Their online billing system is rough too. Just a random email from an address that seemingly has no affiliation to the office, asking for a credit card number to pay for a balance with no clarifying info. I kept marking them as spam. Overall, loved the dentists themselves (they do not own the practice), but everything else about this group is red flags. I'd stay away!

Whenever she noticed I was uncomfortable I didn't have to say anything she would adjust and make accommodations for me then proceed. I will be back and I would recommend. I was referred so I didn't know what to expect but I loved it. The practice was clean. Front desk was professional and nice and the doctor was also good. He let me know what they recommended was nice , and concise. They were also on time. I wasn't in the waiting area past my appointment time which I greatly appreciated them valuing my time. I didn't wait more than 3 minutes for the doctor to come after my dental assistant finished." Now 6 months later I have had my second cleaning and an emergency appointment. I still feel the same. I feel cared for and like my dental assistant and my dentist care for me and my oral health. I recently had pain in my mouth to and I thought it was an abscess I was squeezed in for an emergency appointment the next day even though my cleaning was schedule the following Monday. I was evaluated and x rays were taken. The abscess was confirmed. I was issued antibiotics and mouthwash and was told if it persists i would be referred to a pariodontic (gum doctor ). It did and I was reared the same day I called. During my cleaning I still had the abscess and they were extremely gentle around the area but thorough with cleaning my teeth around my braces. I have never had a better dental team and I was intentional to stay with them as they're changing in network dental insurance but I made sure I called to stay in network.
