I've been there three times and, despite being the only person there and being there for 20…read moreminutes, no one said a word to me. No "hi" "how can I help you" "what are you looking for", anything. In fact, it takes 10 minutes for an employee to even come out. I get that they teach lessons, but if you double as a store, you should also have a designated employee at the counter, at least to prevent theft. As a drummer, their selection of sticks is pitiful. As a Promark user, the fact that they only sell Vic Firth irks me and they're always out of 5A sticks. As far as practice pads, they only have the Evans Realfeel pad, which has way too rebound for my liking. They also charge more for it than I've seen any other retailer charge for it. Granted, it's a $5 difference ($25 as opposed to $20), but still. Their selection of drumheads was decent, at least carrying more than just Remo. Their selection of guitars looked a little better, but I'm barely even a novice in the guitar world, so I couldn't tell you for certain A little wider variety of products and a little more hospitality is all they need to add, but those are pretty sizeable omissions, so that's why I'm rating them unfavorably.

She sounds great and loves impressing family and friends with her playing. My daughter even signed herself up for her school's talent show only a few weeks into lessons with Sue. I took it to the store today and Robbie took an entire set of tuning pegs off a broken headstock and replaced the three tuners. Considering the circumstances, I applaud Robbie for his assistance and professionalism. Now, the bad. I called multiple times and sent an email hoping to resolve this problem without having to go to their physical store location (this is why I ordered online). Unable to speak with anyone, I felt it necessary to to go to their physical location. I asked Robbie if there was some way he could compensate me for my time and trouble. He declined saying that he could not authorize any compensation. My expectation would have been a free t-shirt, or maybe a set of strings, perhaps a few guitar picks, a discount on a future purchase - a small item of nominal value to their organization to keep a customer happy. Meh, it didn't happen. Probably won't do business here again. Oh, as an aside, this store is not open Saturday or Sunday...that makes it difficult for me to make it to this location during the week with traffic and where I work.
