The phlebotomists are insanely good at their jobs, you cant even feel the needle while they do bloodwork. The women who run the check in desk in urgent care are so polite, as well as the doctors. Ive never had doctors push so hard to get me the help I need. Today I had my most recent appointment. A follow up on my new medication dose and a bit of blood work again. My doctor took into account the bad side effects I had been getting from my current medication and set me up with a daily preventative that also helps with the side effects from my migraine medication. The doctors here are such amazing people and they really work hard for their patients.

The they gave a new doctor and the first day I meet her. She cut my medicine. I have fibromyalgia really bad, along with neck and back problems. So I asked for new doctor, which is Ashton. Because I had 2 missed appointments she dropped me to 1 pill a day for 10 days. I have been taking this so long they say it takes months before they can dropped you cold turkey. This used to be a 5 star rating- but our relationship has severely deteriorated. After being under…read morehis care the mistakes, the slow or non-existent phone calls, faxes... had put me in a constant state of terror over whether I could get my meds or not. At least twice I caught his staff lying- likely more( that I cannot prove.) During my time with him approximately 50% of the time(whether it was official or not) I could not get my meds!!! In addition, he increasingly started forgetting and scrambling facts and in my layman's opinion showed up for at least one appointment in a condition unfit for work. After I complained my meds were cut off, I was drug tested and sent a threatening letter from Lassen medical. My main medical issue is a severe testosterone disorder- which causes me to need a higher than usual dose than most people. What they did was then walk back my diagnosis, require me to crash and test so low that I would fall off the scale and then in the worst of the crash get a dose either 1/5 or 1/10th of my normal dose. Then, I would be subject to further tests and if I get anywhere above the normal range then yank me back off the meds. Is that medicine or is that retaliation?
