When the site visit wrapped up, he asked for a property map (sent to him that day) and stated he would coordinate proof of insurance with our property management company and provide a proposal. After not hearing back from Strong Landscaping over the next couple of weeks, I contacted Thomas and was told they were too busy to do the project. Why come to the property in the first place? There was no follow-up from Thomas or another Strong Landscaping representative after the initial visit. A complete waste of everyone's time. So much for making an effort to support a local business. Fortunately, I have two other bids for the work and will move forward.

What I like most is that he is full service - he mows, edges, blows off all hard surfaces, weeds, and trims the bushes when needed. He has put in trees, shrubs, and flowers for us. The meeting went well and the person that showed up at my house was nice and polite. The problem was that I felt as if I had to chase the person in order to get my bid. They stated that they had to go out of town and I would get the bid when they returned. So I received the bid 7 days after my appointment and 5 days after all the other bids. The price of the concrete was a fair price but I decided to go with another company because of the time frame I needed. Perhaps next project I can use this company.
