I went to the Harris Rd. location to get my 2017 Mercedes Sprinter van ac repaired. Sat there 4…read morehours and Scott said I'd need a new compressor and expansion valve. He said he would have to order the parts from Germany. He said he checked all the dealers and not any in the country had any? When I got home I called the Mercedes dealer in Duluth Ga. they said the parts were in stock. I called Scott and he sounded a little surprised. I said I am going to Duluth to get the ac repaired. When I got to the dealer they opened the hood and immediately said oh it's a broken belt. I said there must be a mistake it needs a new compressor and valve. They laughed and said there is nothing wrong with the compressor and valve. The van only has 6k miles on it. They replaced the belt and the ac works perfect. If you go to Christopher Trucks for repairs be careful or go to Mercedes in Duluth Ga. they were honest did great work and gave me a loaner!

Let me just say, these guys are some the nicest people that you'll ever meet…read more But, I think they're nice to a fault. We recently purchased a car for my son from Yaz motors. The car's okay, but in the deal, there were several promises that were made to us. We put in the contract that they would put on clear coat or paint if necessary to deal with the pealing paint, align the tires, and take care of obtaining the title and the tags. After a period of time significantly longer than what we were told the work was complete and that we could pick up the car. We made the error of actually taking possession of the vehicle because we were somewhat in need of the car for my son. Turns out, the wheels were never aligned because we found later that the wheel bearings needed to be replaced (which would have been discovered during the alignment) and now there is still a problem with wheels that we've yet to diagnose. They painted on one side, but the paint on the driver's side and back of the car is still peeling. We also had an issue with being promised that the title and plates would arrive at a certain time, but didn't because of some reason that I'm still unclear about. The title arrived in a timely fashion, but the tags were not delivered until hours before the temporary tag expired. They sent pictures of the tags and said they were mailing them, but when I asked for a tracking number since they never arrived, I found out they still had the tags. At this point for them to arrive before expiring that would have to be overnight shipped. They told me they could do this but would charge me $50. This was a lot of unnecessary stress in my opinion. They had the tags -- just never got around to mailing them. I think the folks at Yaz are good people who over-promise and under-deliver. I would buy from them again only if there was a vehicle that needed no work at all, and I would insist on it being priced in such a way that I take care of the registration and tags myself. I wouldn't depend on them to do it for me. Under-promise, over-deliver should be the mantra of any good business with good business practices. Sorry to say that was not my experience at Yaz Motors.
