It took 1 1/2 hrs to get to me just to jump off my car. Then the man proceeded to not jump my car off correctly, he just kept telling me to turn the key over and not giving the battery a chance to charge and completely ignored me when I suggested doing so. He then told me that he believed that my starter was bad and I needed to call a tow truck to take it to a shop. My father is a mechanic that lives three hours away from me and he drove to look at the car and went ahead a brought a new starter just in case. He decided just to try and charge the battery anyways and the car started!!! It was just a dead battery after all. I put a review on their facebook page that retold this story and gave them one star and this company removed my review, blocked me, and reported me to Facebook. Completely unprofessional.
