Steven clearly knows his craft. He put together the perfect ensemble and made sure every piece worked together and fit properly. He also kindly educated us on different suit fits and styles--something we admittedly knew very little about--without ever making us feel uncomfortable about it. What I appreciated most was how patient and attentive he was. He never felt pushy about upselling, but he did introduce us to the right accessories that really elevated the entire look. His insight into the psychology of colors and how they can impact an interview was also fascinating and helpful. By the end, my husband walked out with a polished, cohesive outfit that felt perfect for a high-level interview. Steven made what could have been an intimidating process easy and even enjoyable. I had my first fitting in my new custom suits from Men's Wearhouse yesterday. It is unbelievable how well these clothes drape my frame. I felt like I was buying my first grown-up suit! Who knew I was going to look this good, huh? Kelly did, he knew exactly what he was doing. Kelly is a store manager for Men's Wearhouse and is at the top of his game when putting together a look. One glance at the man and you know he's got your back. He was busy fixing things I didn't even know were wrong. By the time we got done yesterday, I was drooling over the ensembles he created and left the store more excited than ever to get into some great looking clothes. Guys, do yourselves a favor; get over to Men's Wearhouse and let Kelly and his team create a new suit for you. I highly recommend the pampering. They didn't attempt to upsell me or force anything I didn't need (bought a full tux w/tails). I put everything on and I was in front of a mirror shortly after getting measured for hem and a couple other alterations. All together the price I paid for a tux was cheaper than renting. As I looked around the store the also have many different options, if you like the slim fit or modern cuts they have them for you. Ties and more ties as well go you will not leave disappointed.

I've had the most ridiculous experience here I'm still in shock. My best friend and I rented tuxes…read morehere for $230 without shoes. If I'm paying this much to wear something for a single day, I think its reasonable to receive at a bare minimum: clothes that fit in good condition. Men's Wearhouse disagrees and doesn't even care. We were fitted on our day of visit and I specifically requested extra room around my neck. My tux came with a noticeable blemish / knick(?) on my pants (see picture) and I'm pretty sure my shirt was actually a dress shirt turned into a tux shirt (I may be mistaken here but I'm pretty sure the shirt shouldn't have buttons right next to where the cufflinks go) and so tight around my neck (barely buttoned by extending my neck) the shirt strangled me. My friend's shirt arrived so small he couldn't even fit into it and had to go with one of his own. When I came back to the store to return the tuxes with the above issues we faced, the manager (same person that made the order & fitted us) told me that "these are rentals and universal" and that "this is why we have the tuxes prepared two days in advance so we can overnight ship them." Did I hear that right? A formal wear store has decided that the measurements they take & the condition of the clothes they're peddling aren't important, the onus is on you to make sure the clothes will even fit, and to top it all off, absolutely no concern or even an apology from a manager for $230?

I asked if they cannot fix the jacket what are next steps. The owner said we will replace. I left the jacket with a sample jacket of the fit. I flew in town to pick up. The jacket is tight across the chest and short on the arms and the length is shortened. Her response was for me to leave the jacket again for them to keep trying to unshrink. Then they tried to blame the fabric. If you thought the fabric was an issue, you should have said something when I brought it in and I would not have used your cleaners to dry clean. I will make sure all of my family , friends and church know to not use. They are DISHONEST AND HAVE NO INTEGRITY. YOU RUINED MY JACKET. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS!!!!!!

The shirts are pressed perfectly and the prices are not to bad. I'm very particular about my knit suits being cleaned and they did a spectacular job. I knew it was done with care because I found foil on one of my rhinestone buttons. I couldn't be more please. The job on men's suits are perfect. The turn around time for cleaning is right up my alley. Been here a few times and I will definitely keep using Corporate Cleaners!
