Larry and his team did an outstanding remodel on both a bathroom and a laundry room. We're pleased and we definitely recommend them.

We had a water leak and ended up needing to have our master bathroom floor replaced as quickly as possible. One of our neighbors recommended Larry and said he'd done a wonderful job on a bathroom remodel for a friend of theirs. Larry answered my call right away and was able to come by within 24 hours to give us an estimate. We ordered the tile, and Larry's tile guy, Chris, installed it. It looks beautiful! My general contractor (who doesn't do tile work) was at the house while Chris was doing the install, and he said Chris was extremely meticulous with his tile cuts, measurements, which tiles he used, etc. We are super pleased with the end result, and I will definitely be using Larry again for future projects. Larry was very professional, very specific about which grouts did better than others and various other details, and very good about communicating with us. Larry installed new wood floors, did some air conditioning work, installed water conditioning system, and did some wiring work for me. The work was far from quality work!!! He and his workers, who mostly were not professionally educated, got glue from laying the floor on many surfaces, including the drive, garage, front door, front stoup, sliding glass door, inside walls, and kitchen cabinets. Moving the furniture, they messed up the computer and refused to pay to fix. One of the workers, broke an expensive antique lamp and failed to do other work in exchange for the damage. Larry did AC & water softner work and failed to give me warranty certificates. Larry did some re-wiring work, and messed up other wiring issues in other house outlets. When I asked him to come fix the problem, he wrote that I should call an electrician.. Moving furniture, they made marks on garage and furniture pieces. Driving in front, he messed up rocks and neighbor came and swept up mess in street. Lastly, paying top $$$$ for all the work, Larry treated me very unfriendly!!! Contacted Larry because of my previous experience with him , this time for additional floor work, other repairs and painting our home interior. He stated to me his usual fee is $500 per day but he would only charge me $400 as a returning customer. Great news to me. Quoted $1600 for estimated 3 1/2 days work and I would pay for the paint. Scheduled the job to start within 2 weeks and paid the $800 deposit. A few days before start of job Larry text that his present customer kept adding additional work so my work would have to be delayed by 2 weeks. Larry showed up as scheduled 2 weeks later. Worked approx. 6 1/4 hours the first day. Showed up for day 2, worked approx. 3 1/4 hours. All work completed. Paint bought was 5 gallons billed $140, used about 2 1/2 gallons. I have about 2 1/2 gallons left. When I asked Larry how much money I owed he stated $140 for paint and $800 for rest of agreed verbal contract. To my amazement I didn't understand his math. My agreed price of $400 per day ended up costing me more than $800 per day. So much for a person owning up for what they say. My advice is be very careful because now I can't accept Larry at his word. That is the reason I will be passing this information to the neighbors I live around. I will not recommend Larry for his work. He over charges and rushes to do a half ass job. When you call him back to correct his mistakes he is too busy or on vacation. He would make his helper do the work and it was lousy work. read more

I met Larry through a friend who just had her villa remodeled. Never having done any type of renovation before, I was nervous, so wanted to go with a contractor who was recommended by a friend. I don't think I could have made a better decision. Larry and his crew renovated my kitchen, dining room and florida room. To say it's fantastic is an understatement. Larry not only did a wonderful job - but has great vision for how things will look (something I don't have) - so that was invaluable to me. I am eager to get the rest of my list for home upgrades done now that I have someone who I trust and does quality work. I definitely recommend Larry for all your home repair needs. My bathroom was nearly in shambles, paint was peeling off walls, bathtub had cracked through the porcelain coating and was rusting away, the tile on the inside of my shower area had begun to fall off and was a major hazard to anyone who wanted to use the tub. Larry came in provided me with a free estimate along with a estimated start and completion date, spanning about 4 days time. Larry arrived the morning that he had advised me that he would be at my home about 5 minutes before 8 in the morning (5 mins early mind you) and immediately began setting up to get work done. After the third day he was putting the finishing touches on the masterpiece that he turned my bathroom into, all the while being diligent, polite and precise. I could not be happier with the work that was done and to mention he actually cleaned up after himself. All in all Larry did an outstanding job and was actually affordable, did what he said he would do and was as respectable as could be! would definitely reccomend to anyone! read more
