The worst towing business ever. Very unorganized internally and externally. They did more damage to my car towing it to their shop then to the repair shop. The officers and the car repair place both told me never use them again they didn't know what they were doing and they didn't care about the car. read more

Make sure to get all personal items from vehicle before someone else does. Son was unable to reach anyone to get into vehicle Monday night and no one onsite. He was not able to try again til Wednesday. Between Insurance adjuster seeing vehicle Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday night, sliding back window on truck messed with. He has everything he needs in truck as he travels for work so it wasn't til after he left on Wednesday he began to realize more and more items missing (sunglasses, airpods, binoculars, hunting boots). Called company to report. They were able to immediately review the Wed night videotape when my son was there but for some reason (maybe protecting their own), they won't respond with what was seen on Tuesday night. Have called several times inquiring including a discussion where we chastised for reporting it on Friday from the event on Wednesday. It wasn't til we realized that it was more than just a pair of sunglasses and Dude wipes that we felt we should report the items. Doubt we will see items again or know who took them but felt we should warn others. read more
