The evening before the move in clean, I received a text stating that one of the cleaners would not be able to make it due to being sick. Totally fine. It took the one person the same amount of time to complete a move in clean in a house 400 sq. ft bigger, as it did for 2 to complete a move out clean. Huge red flag. I should have done a more thorough check of the house before she left, but the end result was awful, and it was not worth the $300 we paid. I ended up having to go back and re clean a house that I spent hard earned money on to have them do it. The oven wasn't completed in the move in clean, to which I was told that it wasn't included (even though when I originally reached out, I was told it was). Though they did offer to come back and do it at no charge, it was a huge inconvenience with my schedule. Overall, super kind and sweet ladies, but did a mediocre job at best and was not worth the money.

Areas were missed, basic cleaning tasks were left incomplete, and it was clear the job was rushed or not done thoroughly. I reached out to the owner, Murissa, to raise my concerns -- and instead of taking accountability or even offering a simple apology, she placed the blame on me for not "adding more time." Let me be clear: it is not the client's job to manage how long a cleaner needs. That responsibility falls on the service provider. I'm not the cleaning professional -- I relied on their expertise to assess the job and communicate if more time was needed. Amber confirmed to me that the job was done. Had she said otherwise, I would have gladly arranged for more time. But no further time was requested, and now the burden of the unfinished work is somehow being placed on me. When I pushed back and requested either a partial refund or a proper re-clean, I was met with the response: "You won't be getting any free service. Good luck finding a new cleaner." After calling her out for the lack of accountability and professionalism, she blocked me entirely -- cutting off communication instead of trying to resolve the issue. I later looked up the company and found that it is not BBB-accredited, which now makes complete sense based on how this was handled. I tried to file a formal complaint through the BBB but was only allowed to leave a customer review -- so here it is. This business demonstrates zero concern for customer satisfaction or quality control. If anything goes wrong, you're on your own. I drew it out and it was something he was capable of doing. I am NOT HAPPY with it because I was told I was getting something else. I am forced to take Justin Owner of Green Forest Marketing to Civil Court for damages exceeding $10,000.00.
