It makes me wonder when they would have shown up if I hadn't called to ask where they were, because if my house really had been vacant, I never would have even known they were late. On top of that, one of the cleaners sat in the car for another 30 minutes before coming inside to help. While the general clean was thorough, I was told during booking that appliances would be cleaned. In reality, only the outside surfaces were wiped down, and the washer and dryer weren't touched at all. I also reached out by phone and email before paying to clarify the scope of work, but I haven't received any response. The lack of communication is disappointing and makes it hard to feel confident about paying for services that weren't fully delivered. Overall, the clean itself was good, but the delays, miscommunication, and missed details mean I likely won't use them again.
