The staff are always friendly, professional, and they actually follow the directions I leave--which is rare and very appreciated. I've also seen Bonnie training new team members, and it's clear she holds her staff to high standards and expects a lot. They truly deliver on that. On a personal note, the first time I met Bonnie, I mentioned I had a large storage unit I needed to clear out. I ended up hiring her team to help, and honestly, it saved me.
