My wife had a claim - an accident that was her fault - about seven years ago. Kristin took care of everything, and our premium didn't even go up. My car got rear-ended about five years ago (by another State Farm customer!). The damage was entirely cosmetic, but an agent showed up after a couple of days and compensated us for the minor loss of value.
