We used Prime Time party rentals to get some of our linens and additional décor here for our…read morewedding. That was my first mistake; I mentioned the word "wedding" and automatically paid the "wedding premium" price...and I know this because the EXACT SAME LINENS were advertised online for about 15% less. I didn't realize this until I already paid for everything, but I kept pushing and pushing for any "promotional discounts" they may have had at the time, and I was able to get 10% off our entire order, and was able to modify our order up until 2 weeks before the wedding. I will say though, I only saw prices differences in the linens, not really any of the décor. We ended up getting table linens, chair sashes, a cupcake stand, crystal trees for décor, and a chocolate fountain, and a few other things from them. The linens and chair sashes were beautiful and matched the reception hall very well, along with all the decorations that we rented. However, I did have a problem with the chocolate fountain, because it quit working half way throughout the cocktail hour, due to lack of chocolate. Funny, because I SPECIFICALLY asked the girl on the phone the amount of fondue chocolate I would need from them for around 200 people for wedding. I feel like this is something the business should know because, well, you know, it's their chocolate fountain! I called Prime Time about this after the fact and was told that there was nothing they could do, so I was incredibly annoyed with their lack of concern and customer service after I just forked out nearly $1,500 to their business. Anyway, getting dinged for paying a premium simply because it was wedding, and lack of accountability for the chocolate fountain doesn't have me too excited about this place. After those two incidents, I'm not sure if I would rent from them again.

Banned from Kohler Catering because I was picking up their trash in the grassy wooded area behind…read morethe business and I told them to pick up their trash. They don't pick up after their guests and Kohler plastic cups, forks, knives, soda bottles etc wind up all over Presidential Way in front and behind.. They are serial polluters in the area. Avoid this business as they don't clean up the parties they host. At Christmas time they fill huge temporary dumpsters full of trash and wind blows the trash all over the area. The City of Kettering will be monitoring the big trash problem! Avoid if you like clean businesses. Kohler Catering has no regard for the environment and takes no action to correct this problem. Confront them about it and they ban you from their property.
