I have been here a few times and have been pleasantly impressed. It's hard to find a hand car wash nowadays and this is one does a great job. The price is even better, I pay less for the one here than if I went to an automated one. Just a note, in usual Miami fashion, they only speak Spanish. This place has turned to crap. It used to be great customer service and reasonable prices but in the last 5 month the price almost doubled. When I showed him my last oil change receipt he lowered my car and said he was not going to do it for that price. I saw the guy in charge of that didn't take the rug out of the car. When I let my husband know about that, he responded to my husband that if the rug it's fabric made that's how they clean them. For years I have come to this place for car washes and oil changes. I religiously have come here to get oil changes and always follow the sticker placed on my windshield. To keep this short I have been paying for years for synthetic oil changes, new filter etc. I recently had awful car trouble that nearly blew my imagine... after the mechanic looked at my engine he was shocked to see balls of black gunk, my filter looked like it hadn't been changed since I got the car.. oh and the oil used wasn't synthetic. It was recycled oil all along. Poor business pratices. Deceitful. I'm always polite, always tip and as a woman I came here trusting I wouldn't be ripped off. So shameful. The only frill at this car wash is that it's open until 8pm on Saturday. Working in a construction site, my car tends to get a build up of dust and sand (even on the rubber mats) that makes for an unsightly weekend ride. So yesterday, between errands and a nap, most car washes were done when I was ready to have my whip cleaned. Although they didn't answer the phone when I called to confirm, lo and behold they were open. Prices are really reasonable as well (about $13 for a regular sedan). They also take credit card payment without a surcharge. You basically drive up while they hose the outside with foam and soap; drive through the dryer and then step out while they wash the rubber mats & wiped down the inside seats. They even sprayed air freshener inside. Glad to know these guys are available for when "MC" needs a late cleaning. read more

I've been going here for a while but ever since 2020 had not gone back. The lines are always huge. Honestly I was very disappointed with the service, they only charged $13 for my SUV which I thought it was ok overall they left the car ok but the back row was not touched I had removed a car seat and it was full of dirt so I had a cushion in top of it they did not move the cushion when I finally lifted it it was dirty as I had taken it. If you go to a gas station automatic carwash, you pay between $8 and $12 and you're basically just removing the dust off your car and not much else. Las Brisas is far from being the best car wash in town, BUT the best car wash in town WILL set you back for well above $150. My car may spend some time unwashed, but it never gets THAT filthy. So, for $11 plus tip (don't be cheap) (yes, I notice the irony) you get your car washed decently well (first through the machine, then by hand, so is double washed... but let me stress: "decently" is not even close to the neighborhood's exit next to the highway to go two towns closer to "perfectly"), they vacuum the inside and clean it up and wipe it a bit better than do-it-yourself, and the staff has always been nice and friendly to me. I'm happy with the value for the buck. The car always ends up with some though spots that could have been removed better, but every single time I've tried to use another hand wash i've ended up with either: a) the same kind of spots not removed, but charged way more b) missing items from the car (nothing important, I always remove the things I care about, but a missing quarter - somewhere where the vacuum can't reach - says a lot about a place); or c) (which for me is the worst of all: the BO of the very people that was tasked with cleaning the car, stuck for eternity in the upholstery (when I traded in my Corolla, it still smelled). I have never had any of those issues with Las Brisas. I have never used the oil change, because 1) so far I've used the dealership's services; and 2) apparently they don't carry an oil compatible with Toyota (Las Brisas has Castrol signs all around, so it may be a brands' issue). My father used to use that service when he had a pre-owned Kia, and he always seemed happy with them, but that's second-hand information, I have no personal knowledge about it. If you go during the week, you get all this in about fifteen minutes... if you go when they are packed... take a book with you and have your A/C in order because you wait in your car for your turn to get into the wash. Yes, I still go back every time, and yes, I'm still giving it four stars. I've paid $30 (plus tips) for a far worse job elsewhere [see items "a)", and "c)" above], and with rude staff. I decided to stop looking elsewhere, if I want the though spots removed, I'll wash my own car myself. For a quick wash, I'll go to Las Brisas. read more

They use dirty wraps that have been dropped on the ground or used for wiping sweat and then on your car. Just took my Porsche to them to wash only to have a HUGE scratch from using dirty wraps for washing. Plus it doesn't even look like they washed it. Steaks and smears all over. When I confronted them with the issue they immediately started to clean their hands with the situation, stating that not only am I not a mechanic how do I know for sure on what they did, I simply told them that i was standing in front of the mechanics that over 25 years of experience and are looking the engine as I was speaking to them (the shop), they said they couldn't do anything long story short, short story long. these criminals need to be investigated/audited. However, lately they have been very sneaky in adding an extra $5 foam wash fee to my last two car wash purchases even though I just asked for a regular car wash. I should have only been charged for a regular car wash of a crossover SUV of $14, but I was charged an extra $5 for a foam wash that I didn't ask for for a total of $19. Vacuum job was good and exceeded expectations. Weekends are PEAK time, especially after mid-day so come early. Otherwise be prepared to wait. I have been trying to like this place but just can't find a reason. The wash here is the same as if you get a touchless wash at the gas station with the exception of a cheap interior vacuum. These people sponge the car but won't scrub the wheels. Their $16.00 wax upgrade wash is the same as the cheap $11.00. I have not yet seen the difference between either. My car will have to have 2 inches of dirt for me to go and do the "emergency wash" from these people. I told one of the employees that it still had spots and he tells me in Spanish very chusma like "no quitamos manchas". I told him they were soap spots not stains.
