I just left La Brisa and I'm honestly shocked at how bad the experience was. I showed up around 1:00 PM with my Toyota Tundra, and the place wasn't even busy--there was only one person ahead of me. Despite that, I ended up waiting almost 40 minutes just to be told they couldn't even service my truck because they "ran out" of the proper oil. What made it worse was the attitude. When the employee finally called me up, he was rude and dismissive. No apology, no effort to help--just straight attitude. When I suggested they should have someone upfront letting customers know they were out of oil, he snapped back saying they were "too busy" to do that. Too busy? There were barely any cars there. I've been coming here for over 10 years and have recommended this place to so many people, but clearly things have gone downhill. The customer service is terrible now, and it feels like management just doesn't care anymore. Also, I'm Hispanic, so I don't mind speaking Spanish--but for anyone new to Miami, good luck coming here because no one seems to speak English. That just adds to the frustration when you're already dealing with poor service. To make things even worse, I called after I left to explain my situation, hoping maybe someone would at least acknowledge it or try to make it right. The person who answered the phone clearly didn't care at all--basically just told me "alright, too bad" in Spanish and brushed me off. This place is ridiculous. I arrive for my oil change, the employee is hanging out with the person getting thier oil changed despite signs that say customers cannot be in that area. I wait almost 20 minutes. I am not greeted when I finally get my car on the ramp. I then receive a bill for $72 for my service. When I asked why it's so high I am told the owners raised the prices. Perfect for a quick wash inside and out, but nothing really professional. Your car gets clean enough, but you have to know what you're buying: If you want a deep wash and detailing, just go to an actual car wash and actually pay something upward to $35 and you'll get it. If you want a quick outside wash, go to a gas station's automatic car wash and pay the $14 and get it over with; but if you go to Las Brisas, you know that for $17 you can get a nice maintenance cleaning, both on the outside of the car and the carpeting/upholstery. What you're not going to get (and it isn't what they are selling) is deep filth and dirt removed, or a clear coat, or anything else. There are always some spots and watermarks, and the guys themselves will acknowledge sometimes that you will need a deeper service that they don't provide. With that in mind, Las Brisas is a perfectly good place to have your car regularly washed, but every once in a while you may want to do a proper wash (and WAX) somewhere else. The very next day I had my car serviced here, I had a bunch of alerts come up on my car such as check engine, airbag service needed, and even some sensors off. I have been coming to las brisas car wash for years now. It's quick, affordable and gets the job done. I basically live out of my car between loading it up with event supplies and constantly having to event prep- it kind of becomes my not so clean office. Actually if you've been in my car you know that not so clean is an understatement. Thankfully, for $12 at Las Brisas I get an amazing car wash both inside and out. It's one of those drive thru car washes, but it's a folks cleaning your car as you sit inside instead of a machine. Then they vacuum and clean the inside of the car as you go to pay. I'm really impressed by this car wash. I went on a Saturday around 3 pm for a car wash, and there was a bit of a wait. The car wash is all done by hand, and there's a line of workers, each assigned to do a specific part of the wash. I paid an extra $5 for a special foam wash. The line moved quickly, and I went inside to pay while the workers finished up. Line and all, I was in and out within 20 minutes. The best part is that I didn't have to lift a finger. In this Florida heat, vacuuming a car is the last thing I want to do. They even spray the inside of the car with the scent of your choosing. I opted for "new car," and my car does indeed smell new. Next time, I'm trying baby powder scent. For $21, my car got washed, and I purchased two waters from the inside seating area. The inside area has plenty of seats and vending machines. The overall atmosphere is your typical latin miami car place that really do their part getting you in and out. The establishment has a pretty small parking space so you might be waiting in line for a car wash or oil change for a bit depending on time and traffic. I usually come here to get an oil change and they are always quick with the job. Ive come here during different days of the week as well as times and i usually always get serviced no matter not having an appointment. So I've been coming here for years. The oil changes always stellar... the car washes I would give them a 4 on average but there were times that were like a 3. Went back today. WOW. It's raining so I really went so car wasn't so grimy and to get it vacuumed and wiped down inside. The line was moving super slow, ok. But when I got to the I'm next in line, you can tell they are half-assing it. When I get my car back the inside is barely vacuumed. It was drenched from the cleaner they sprayed but didn't wipe. The dashboard still had a huge blob of spray. The carpets not dried. Huge areas where it's still dusty and obvious. And they let go of my balloon that I had in the car but didn't bother to say anything. I usually have it picked up and ready to go to make it easier. It looks like new management since they have different pricing and different uniform shirts. It sucks, save your money go to the El Carwash. On Tuesday, August 31, 2022 mid afternoon, I went to Las Brisas for an oil and filter change. I gave the service guy the 5 quarts of Mobil Oil Advanced Full Synthetic Motor Oil 5W30 and the Mobil 1 Oil Filter for my 2001 Toyota 4Runner SR5. I would like the manager to check the cameras at the work site to see if the oil change was completely done. The following day my oil was very low due not adding all of the 5 quarts of my oil. Today is the last day I will visit this cash washer!!! I have been using this establishment for years, since they became a car wash under current management. It is inconceivable that you pay to wash and clean the interior of your car and they get upset when you point out they did not clean areas such as the the dashboard, armrest white scuff marks on door panels. When the supervisor sees me politely showing his personnel, he approaches ask me what is wrong I show him, he acknowledges the issues and calls them all back to do it properly. Despite this they still claim it's clean. The supervisor tells and gets into verbal altercation with them but proceeds to clean. I politely show one of the cleaners an area on the door frame he tells me it's clean I pass my hand and show him it's not clean. He gets upset and I comment, I came to clean the car, the supervisor tells me that I am offending them, so I keep my mouth shut and step back to avoid further conflict. Upon his approach to tell me the car is done, which it isn't, still leaving scuff marks on door panels and other things I just say Thank you, but take a good look at me because I am never coming back. He then says don't come again. This message is for the owner of Las Brisas, having owned a business over 35 years of my life, it breaks my heart to see personnel destroy an operation from the inside out. The rear passenger was scratched with the washing brush. No this was not there. This vehicle was picked up from the body shop yesterday afternoon where it was thoroughly inspected throughout before retrieval. Customer service is nonexistent at this place and by the way it's been happening now for a while, I just got fed up today and felt it appropriate to say something so you don't continue to shed customers. While writing the review, I have to remain focused on the finished product - It's a car wash - so ... did they wash my car ? Yes. Was it fast and convenient ? Yes. Was the car clean enough ? Yes Good value ? sort of ...yes So why 3 stars ? There is more to the business than the service it provides but rather how it is provided. This is one of those car washes that you stay in the car while the car is pressured washed, kind of like the same as the gas stations, except that when the car exits the car wash, a few guys go to work and dry it out with towels as well as wiping down the interior. Because my car is an older convertible, when the car is washed under pressure, there are a couple of leaks by the window and the soft top and a few drops end up falling on me - this is fine when I'm wearing my civilian clothes, but when I have a pressed shirt and a tie, I am not to keen on getting wet from car wash water. So I get out of the car and the attendant rides the car wash inside the car- Meanwhile, I go to the office to pay, I whip out my corporate credit card because keeping a clean car is a business expense for me and the girl tells me that they are updating the AMEX machine so "I am going to have to wait" - no problem, my car is still being washed. When the Manager finishes updating the cc machine he apologizes profusely (good customer service) and proceeds to take my payment, so far so good... So I go outside to wait for my car to be dried up by the attendants, meanwhile I am using the time to respond to some emails on my blackberry- and then I hear a whistle - kind of how you call your dog, I look up and the attendant is signaling that the car is ready - REALLY ? are you talking to me ???? I mean are you calling me like you call a dog, Whatever, I'm not going to win this one, they won't change their crude manners, so why bother . But then I get in the car and WTF !!! I mean WHAT THE FU*K ! The dude has changed my radio station and now that obnoxious chongalicious reggaeton shit is blaring out my car stereo - My car stereo was off when I got out of the car and this idiot took the time to look for his loser station and changed my dial - WRONG !!! I love this place. It's fast and they hand wash your car for $11. Can't asked for more than that. You drive through and they hand wash with soap then water pressure clean your tires and rinse off the water. After this it's the rinse and dry. Once you are out of the drive through about 5 guys will vacuum and clean inside of car while the other guys hand dry the outside of car. If there's something you don't like all you have to do is point it out and they will get right on it. Not sure why everyone gives such bad reviews. Up the street from where I live you pay $10 for machine drive through and you have to vacuum yourself and the place is always packed. If I'm going to get my car washed I want the outside as well as the inside clean. Just $1 more. Sounds like a winner to me. read more

Price for wash is $12 so don't expect a miracle. Same price as El Car Wash but instead you don't have to vacuum your own car, someone does it for you so that's a plus. The supervisor is always there checking each car making sure all are clean and up to the clients liking. If you want it cleaner then they clean it more, just tell them. My only issue with this place is the inside where you pay. It smells musty, always dirty for some reason (garbage and dirt on the floors) and the store is basically empty. Normally I would give this car wash an excellent rating and I come here for many years and have been very happy with the price and their work. Today I can only give an unsatisfactory rating to the person in charge for not taking care of a problem. Instead of closing one of the entrances, both entrances were open, but it is obvious that there is only one line from one entrance to the car wash.However, 2 cars got in from the other entrance and butted in front of everyone who had been in line a long time. After complaining to the person in charge of the car wash, he went and told the person that he had butted in , but the manager did nothing about it and allowed them to be in front of everyone. He could've told these drivers that they would not wash their cars until they went and made the same lines that everybody had made before them. This is terrible service and unfair to all of us who had been in line for about a half hour to get the car washed. They need to hire people who can actually be in charge appropriately of the business and this man was unable to resolve the problem and allowed two cars get in front of all of us. The Manager told me there was nothing he could do about it. But I told him all he had to do was to refuse to wash their cars until they made the line like everyone else. Today though I went to the Las Brisas on Coral Way and boy have I NEVER had service like I had at this Las Brisas. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with a synthetic oil change and all the liquids refilled. You can get an inside out car wash for ELEVEN BUCKS. What more can you ask for? It is also a convenient process because at first, two people hand wash your car and then four different people vacuum and clean the interior so the whole process takes about 10 minutes when there is no line. I see people giving 1 And 2 star reviews because they changed their radio station or because "they don't like the way they were signaled by the attendant".. I don't know if it's the staff or the managers not following up but they don't care anymore. I got a regular prize $11 and I expected for them to at least vacuum my car good, when I got to my car that I had left, there were spots that weren't even vacuumed.
