This was my favorite restaurant in Sevilla and one of the best places I had lunch in while in Spain. I was in Spain for 14 days and ate Italian food a majority of the time b/c the restaurants all offer fresh pasta and good pizzas so it's hard to resist. Plus I don't eat meat so Italian food has more choices for me. Las Casas de los Mercaderes had the best pizza out of every place I tried. And I ate pizza almost every day. Theirs was simply prepared with the perfect crust. The salads were also very nice. We had one with goat cheese and strawberries that was so fresh and delicious. The food was so good that we went back a second day for lunch. We each had a pasta dish: one order of fagotinni with pear and blue cheese (OMG!) and one order of spinach ravioli. Both pastas were tasty with the right amount of sauce . All the dishes we saw them bring out looked awesome. The rolls were also amazing. I wish I was able to eat more b/c I wanted a second roll but I had to save room for the pasta and salad. I also enjoyed the location and the decor of the restaurant. It's very cute and cozy inside. We sat inside one day and outside the second day, which made for good people watching. read more
