Pineapple salad with scallops and shrimp

Everything is good here. Open modern ambiance excellent service. Busy with mostly locals. We ordered tons of food and beer, the bill is a little over 30 euro pp. glad we tried it while we are in Seville

    Brioche-like dessert - really good

Found this restaurant on the Devour Food Tours blog. It's across the river in a trendy area with lots of restaurants. Came during lunch and the place filled up with locals by the time we finished eating. Staff doesn't speak English and the only English menu was very old so we google translated the menu. Our waiter was the kindest gentleman and gave us amazing recommendations via google translate. He was spot on as I would never have ordered grilled tuna since I prefer sashimi and tuna is low on my list even for that. The grilled tuna he recommended was absolutely delicious. The garlic shrimp came out sizzling and was so tasty. The squid on vegetables looked bland but turned out delicious. The salmojero was the best we had in Spain. The dessert was a brioche with ice cream and that too was really good. Everything we had was delicious and I only wish we could have tried everything on the menu. On top of that, it was so cheap too! I would happily pay double that at home.

Note: This review is for the nicer, sitdown restaurant and not the bar next door. I accidentally walked in there and was promptly escorted to the restaurant which the Spanish call "salon". I honestly didn't expect much from this restaurant, but it was the best experience certainly food-wise that I had in Seville! My bf found this place because he knew that I wanted to eat pulpo and this place came up through a search. Waitress didn't speak that much English, but ordering wasn't a problem. She was very sweet! For the mains, we ordered grilled octopus - tentacle was a footlong! - and grilled cod dish. Although I love octopus, the cod was the dark horse! The bechamel sauce on top was delicious. The Millefeuille was assembled upon ordering using chantilly cream. Simple and light, but a nice end to the meal. Overall, it was a really enjoyable meal. Not the cheapest, but it was nice to have a quiet sitdown as opposed to a crowded, loud bar.

Our Airbnb host recommended this restaurant to us. It surely not disappointed. They are in the restaurant street in Tirana, right cross the river from Seville central. They have a tapas bar and a restaurant next door. The tapas bar was packed we sit at the restaurant. The food was fresh and delicious, and the wine was wonderful. We like the Iberian pork and the squid.

Our final stop in Triana before crossing the bridge, and one of the two recommended to us by our taxi driver (the other being Las Golondrinas). It was super packed when we first walked by, with people spilling out onto the street (a common sight in Spain/usually a good sign), but was much more empty an hour or so later in the afternoon. We swooped two spots at the bar, ordered a couple drinks and had a look at the menu. We were pretty full at the time but still got the Presa Iberica (w/a sauce that was to-die-for) and a goat cheese dish served with berry sauce & walnuts. Both really solid! Wish we could go back and really dive into the menu. Next time.

Saw this on an Eater list for best things to eat in Seville and it was pretty accurate! We had a very nice experience here and sat at the bar. The waiter assisting us was able to provide great recommendations and they also have an English menu. Salads and most veggies are off menu but we had a delicious mango, papaya and carrot salad that was entree sized. Specials of the day are recommended! Get what is fresh! We had a wonderful flan as dessert that was unforgettable.

We came here on a whim late one night when everything was closing. Our server (maybe she was the owner?) quickly hooked us up with a table. We were having issues trying to decide what to order and she was very helpful in recommending items that would be enough for the 3 of us and allow us to try a variety of things. We ordered the center cut, corvina (fish) and something else that I can't remember now. The center cut steak was huge and very delicious, cooked perfectly with a good amount of fat to give it a great flavor. The corvina was also huge and delicious. Those 2 items would have probably been enough for the 3 of us. When we saw the size of the steak and fish we were thinking... oh boy this lady probably stuck us with the most expensive items on the menu, this will cost a fortune! However that wasn't the case, the bill was about average for what we have been paying during our trip for the 3 of us. Great portions of very tasty food is just what we needed after eating tapas for a week straight lol!

The best food I had in all of Seville.. stopped by this place for late dinner during my recent trip…read moreto Seville and this place did not disappoint. We ordered their roasted lamb with cous cous, garlic shrimp croquetta (that was the croquetta of the day), pork cheek stew with potato purée and the chocolate panna cotta for dessert. We also ordered their sangria and tinto de verano. Every dish we ordered was AMAZING - tasty flavorful well seasoned melt in your mouth meat bursting with flavors. We devoured every bite and it was hard to pick a favorite. Both the lamb and pork dishes were 11/10. Not just the taste but the presentation of every tapa was fantastic. Their drinks were also great. The dessert was to die for. This place is super packed during peak dinner hours and there is barely any room to stand. Since we walked in around 11pm, we got a seat and were well taken care of all thru the night. Also noticed alot of veggie options on the menu which was great. Service was awesome ambience is chic. I am certain I am going to crave their tapas once I am back home. Highly highly recommend this place when in Seville.

Where do I begin? Let's talk about the ambience. To call this place rustic would probably capture…read moreit best, it's really probably more like a cafeteria or a school room at a very old school. Tables perhaps a bit close together, not terribly comfortable. Loud, busy. As far as the service, it was our impression that our waiter was the only person serving the 30 or so tables in their dining room. Suffice it to say the service was not fast and not good. Inexplicably, every time we ordered a Coke we were asked if we wanted a Coke Zero. If I wanted a Coke Zero I would have said the words Coke Zero. Even when I asked for another Coke, he again asked "Coke Zero?" It took next to forever to get the check, and forever to get a cappuccino. At one point I took it upon myself to point the waiter to a table behind us that had been desperately attempting to get his attention. This was all not good. As to the food. First, our fault for not knowing what tataki meant. We did not expect to receive salmon that was seared on the outside and raw on the inside. So that one is on us, although we also think the meal came tepid at best. The lamb on couscous was dry and tough. The pork cheek stew was actually pretty good if a bit gluey. The calamari was good. The sushi as they called it was average. What they called the tiramisu was more like a pudding with some liqueur and chocolate on the top, and a little bit of breadish stuff in the bottom. Not my idea of tiramisu, and probably not yours either. So we could not get too excited about these various dishes. But what was particularly frustrating and bizarre was that two people sitting across from us ordered food that looked absolutely delicious. So we got to sit there wondering why we didn't order what they ordered. They ordered a large beef dish with potatoes which is on the menu, and we think they ordered a large octopus meal although we are not sure. Everything they had looked better than anything we had. So it may be that we somehow just picked the wrong items. So it was a strangely frustrating meal. This place has good reviews and we expected good tasting food. Unfortunately it did not work out that way, and the ambience and service were negative contributing factors. I can't entirely write this place off, only because the food other diners received actually looked very good. But I don't think I would go there again.

The layout can be a bit confusing, as the restaurant seems to have three dining rooms with separate entrances but only one kitchen. Where we sat was charming, with stone walls and wood-beamed ceilings. We started with the foie appetizer, which was a delightful surprise for my palate. It was a unique combination of foie, cream cheese, and what I believe was pear. It was unusual, but I ended up really enjoying it. The zucchini noodles with pesto and burrata were also very enjoyable. However, the star of our dinner was the 40 day dry aged ribeye, cooked perfectly medium-rare, tender, and absolutely delicious. If we had discovered it sooner, I would have happily eaten here a second time.

And my grandpa was a cattle rancher so I've had quite a bit of steak in my life. 9.5/10 The pumpkin dish was also exceptional. 9/10 The risotto was the perfect compliment. Wow. Great texture and flavor. 9/10 The croquettes were good, I didn't like the mayo on top. 8/10 The dessert that was essentially a bread pudding was absolutely delicious.i barely tried the orange dessert but it tasted like a Pillsbury orange cinnamon roll. Dessert and service were 10/10
