You seat yourself... where ever. 2) Prices are great! 3) Food is delicious! You get a huge place. 4) Owner is always there and is very nice. Servers are very friendly. VERY DISRESPECTFUL! Seems like nice people however we left VERY DISAPPOINTED. They kicked us out because of a SERVICE DOG, which is illegal and 100% sueable. Not only did they handle the situation very unprofessionally and disrespectfuly he came at us YELLING AND THREATENING ME, over a damn dog, that is LEGALLY STATE SERVICE DOG CERTIFIED!!! On top of all that, it's half a grand for a week, for a beat up room with no soap, no wash cloths, and DIRTY SHEETS AND TOWELS! Immediately after we left, we went back because I forgot a bag and they had already rented the room out to someone else, within 30 minutes, mind you I WAS JUST LAYING BUTT ASS NAKED ON THAT BED. That poor man that they gave the room to immediately after us will be sleeping on sheets that a naked woman was just on. I recommend Lone Star Lodging! It is much nicer and much more comfortable with much more respectable and PROFESSIONAL staff! ALSO, it was around 200 for 1 WEEK, not half a grand from 1 WEEK! DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT OR STAY AT THEIR ROOMS! I would also like to mention that my dog is very, very trained and we let her out to use the restroom and that's when this man walked up to us, threatening and yelling at us. She didn't even bark. We stopped by here on our way to a game in Rankin. I ordered the steak fingers and my husband ordered a Bunless burger. Everything was perfect. The steak fingers were hand breaded and so tender. Service was spot on. The owner came through and introduced himself to us. This place knows how to take care of their customers. We will definitely return. read more

Looked like an oilfield bar, tasted like heaven! Stopped here after football (it's a theme of a lot of my reviews) & LOVED it. Menu is surprisingly varied with everything from burgers to pizza to Mexican. Zoey's plate and tapatios fit our cravings. Tapatios were mine and they were so good; however, after I took a bite of the enchilada from the other plate, I wondered if I made a mistake. We both cleaned our plates. Service was great and fast. Since "cazadores" mean hunters, the name made sense when the place was decorated with LOTS of taxidermy. Definitely not the place for vegans or PETA members. My only negatives are that chips/hot sauce weren't served without being ordered and the bathrooms were out of order. Since the same owner owns this place I decided to leave this comment on a registered yelp place. Myself and a group of employees regularly frequented this estabolishment, jäggers, for roughly a week as we were doing light work in the area for the next 60 days. We had zero problems with this place on 2 occasions. This weekend were severely different. The owner of this place, name is terry, we spoke with him for at least 45 minutes as there were 9 of us from our company. Shortly after that conversation, myself and all of my company were promptly kicked out of this establishment. I am not a person who claims to understand why people do things. But the only difference between this trip to this establishment and others were the amount of African Americans we brought. No one else were removed. Since we have established such a good conversation with the Owner shortly before being tossed I was able to call him. Terry said "oh no sir. I will have a talk with my daughters. But we are closed and everyone were told to leave" He clearly forgot that I told him we were currently staying across the street. We literally observed him walk outside and lie. Waves to him. Then he shut the lights off. This is America. I love that they run there place as they want! We didn't even know that it was 100% family (not that it matters). But this establishment, caAzadoors; one other business, and apartment buildings ran by a person named terry in big lake Texas are absolutely a must avoid if you are not white. Good luck. Simple dining concept. The interior reminded me of hunting camp/oilfield vintage design. The beer was ICE COLD. The food was delicious with a good variety on the menu. Surprising eats for where it is & the unassuming building it's in. The service staff was great. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because I like a full bar & they don't serve liquor. There are two places with the same name in this town. Although the name makes one think it is a Mexican restaurant they serve a variety of different dishes and the owner is white. They took forever to bring me my meal and then served it with plastic utensils and styrofoam plates. Not what I would call, "great customer service". And the beer was not "ice cold". read more

This is by far the best place I have eaten at in big lake. I will definitely be back. I had the philly this time and it was probably the best I've ever had (although I've never actually had a philly in philly!). I got the onion rings on the side and they were also top-tier. For an appetizer we got the brisket tacos, which were also excellent. My only disappointment was I couldn't eat it all or I would've been napping that afternoon! The host was a smart, entertaining guy. The word 'Cazadores' means hunters so the place is filled with mounts, funny (clean) signs, and sports memorabilia. Stopped in for a late lunch today following a recommendation from the hotel desk clerk. I had the philly cheese steak sandwich and my coworker had a bacon cheese burger. Both were absolutely fantastic. Philly was as good as anything I've had outside of Philly itself, and the bacon on his burger looked good enough I asked if I could get a BLT tomorrow( it's not on the menu, but they said they'd gladly make one for me anyway) Great staff, and the place has a cool vibe like you're hangin out in your buddy's dream man cave. I don't often rate eateries on a good experience, but it's nice to find a genuinely good,friendly,fairly priced eatery in west Texas. Bravo. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. Thinking it would have decent Mexican dishes, I ordered the enchilada plate. The corn tortillas had been taken from the package, folded (raw) over some fake cheese, microwaved, then pump cheese on top. Ick. The refried beans (how can you mess those up?!?!?!) were GRAY in color. Did not even taste them. Drinking glasses are those stupid red plastic ones, and mine was Grimy.
