I suffer from allergies all year round. Some days Zyrtec helps but it doesn't work equally amount of the time. Two weeks out of every month, I'm dying. I got allergy tested and decided to do allergy drops. It's costly because insurance doesn't cover but I will eat the cost if it means I can breathe better. Doctor Mullins saw me on my initial visit. It was pretty standard. No complaint. Korry did my allergy test and she communicated well. Walked me through every steps and gave me opportunity to stop if I was too much. And she also gave treatment options. I went with drops because I couldn't do the shots weekly. They are taking precautious during pandemic. Wait in your car when you arrive and call them. Somebody will come out, take your temperature and let you in Update. Everything was fine. What I don't understand is why they sent my Epi pen prescription to a mail order pharmacist instead of my pharmacist at cvs. I gave them all the info to my cvs already. Dr. Mullins is the best ENT. He has helped me throughout my hearing loss journey. He gave me steps and we took all those steps in order to maintain my hearing while also having it come back! Yes, I have lost my hearing and it is currently normal. He is very concise & detailed. I trust Dr. Mullins with his steady hand for specific procedures but also his bed side manner. I can go to other doctors, but Dr. Mullins style, confidence, & his true passion for healing is what keeps me here. He doesn't listen to patient symptoms, and will have you do an unnecessary audiology test to charge you more and wants you to come back for a 2nd charge visit due to not able to resolve your issues the first go around. Dr. Mullins was able to get me in via a virtual visit which was so easy even in the midst of all of this quarantine mess! I loved the ease of the visit, I did the entire appointment via my desktop computer (I believe you can do it over your mobile phone as well). The wait was super short after the nurse got me checked in. He's a very attention to detail doctor and made me feel instantly at ease. I'm glad I have a new go to for all of my sinus and allergy needs! Plus so close to home. Returned after 3 weeks as directed if problem hadn't resolved. It hasn't. Made another $40 donation, since they are still ruling TMJ, when I have absolutely no TMJ symptoms. Gave me a referral to a TMJ specialist. I called them before even leaving parking lot, to vent my frustration of no medical professional curing problem and me throwing money into the wind. The TMJ special I was referred to then advised there will be a recollected $95 payment to get just a consultation. Well let first say that this is my first time visiting an ENT , had some hearing issues due to wax buildup. Working in Irving and living out of state is always tough finding a good doctor. Well this place was a wonderful experience. From my initial walk in to discuss and make an appointment to getting the cleaning done my hearing is great once again. Lmfao the fact that the front office and I think the same receptionist that has this little snappy attitude every time I called. I get working in the medical field can make you feel overwhelmed but you got to keep some type of customer service attitude no matter what and that's coming who does the same thing. Supposedly, I'm scheduled for surgery tomorrow. I have yet to be called to confirm the time of the surgery. Have left numerous voice mails and have yet to get a response. Very unprofessional, in my opinion. Trying to coordinate my ride there and back is difficult, if not impossible, if you don't know when I need to be there or how long I need to stay! Dr Mullins needs to replace this team. Impossible to get jessica to do anything with a sense of urgency. The receptionist sends you to her phone knowing she's not there. Then you wait days for a call back. They say they leave messages when they don't. Snarky attitudes, lousy service but the Dr was good. If you have any option including seeing a homeless person to treat you, take it. It will be better than these women. Doesn't look like I want to come back here again. First visit was okay and today was my allergy test at 9 am but when I got here the front desk lady Angela said I wasn't scheduled for today at all as their system is showing that I canceled the appointment which I never did and why would I show up if I cancelled my appointment? I took the day off to make it to this appointment and I couldn't get the service done. Angela was super rude to me and didn't really explained what was going on and asked me to wait and see if someone doesn't show up for their appointments. They don't value your time and she seems to be racist to me cause I can see she is talking nicely with other patients. Don't waste your money or time here! Different ladies call me rescheduling/confirming my appointment. One tells me to keep taking a medication while another tells me I'm not supposed to be taking a certain medication due to my upcoming allergy testing. They all need to get on the same page! I have to schedule time off ahead of time to see my doctor and with them having to keep rescheduling on me because I get told the wrong thing, is a HUGE inconvenience! On top of that, I tell the nurse I need to be seen for 2 different things in one visit and she said OK. I get a confirmation call to be told I will only be seen for one of the things. Copay is a huge deal for me, especially when it's high, so I will not be coming in twice in a week for two different things! I told them I'll find someone else! read more

Not a good place to take your Childers here. They don't treat you well WITH respect. Receptionist or whoever schedules appointments are pretty rude and racist and does not mind their business. HAVE BIG TIME Attitude.Not sure the name whom I spoke but she was pretty rude to talk when I tried to make appointment. I never had such treatment from any of the doctor place atleast for the first time. Cancelling appointment for sure..moving to different place.. Doctors, please work with ur front desk staff and tell them to be polite with new patients atleast else you keep loosing them. I can't believe I lived like that before going to see Dr. Mullins. I was always struggling to get air in one nostril because they were both never cleared at the same time. For some crazy reason, I accepted that well this is my life and I guess I'll just live like this. A friend urged me to go get my nose checked since they though I was dying one night due to me gasping for air. I looked up an ENT in my area and Las Colinas ENT came up. Dr. Mullins is very personable and he suggested that I do a Coblation Turbinate Reduction (google it, or go see Dr. Mullins for an explanation) the actual procedure lasted a little over 10mims and it was painless. I can breathe again. I can't remember the last time i felt like this! The staff here is amazing as well and the office is really clean and cute. I have had numerous concerns with the office staff from being a bit snippy for no reason to a lack of accurate information being given. It has usually been the same one staff person but I have overlooked it in the past. I had made it very clear when due for a new vial of allergy serum robot order any more. I talked with the RN that gives allergy shots (who is great), the office staff who collects my insurance payments and the office staff who collects my money in the office to not order any more allergen serums. After not going in for allergy shots for over 1.5months, I then receive a bill for $158. I called the office and was assured they would get it corrected as they see notes in my file to not order. I then get another bill 2 weeks later and call again. They said to disregard as it has been taken care of. Then I get another bill 3 weeks later ( now being over 3 months of no involvement with the clinic) if yet a bill for the serum. I go to the office, present the bill and the office staff claims they dint remember talking to me but see notes in the file not to order. Whew! I asked earlier to talk to Dr Mullens about the issue but never received a call. The issue is still not resolved, no call from the doctor and office staff in denial. There are better allergy clinics out there as customer service and billing accuracy is severely lacking at this clinic. read more

Last couple years, I have suffered from allergy, mainly from sinus congestion. It was all year long with a cycle of severe congestion and infections. At some point, none of the allergy medicines worked for me, except prescribed steroid shots. Even the shots only lasted a month or two. I was miserable. I found Dr. Mullins after doing online research and reading Yelp reviews. I only wish I met him earlier! He is an extremely knowledgeable, professional and confident doctor who is also a very very nice person! I had a coblation turbinate reduction procedure which gave me a different life! It doesn't fix allergies, but it definitely makes it more manageable and live like a normal person. I am pretty much allergic to everything in Texas. I found this office after an online search and I'm so glad I did! Dr. Mullins and his staff are always friendly and so professional. They not only treat my immediate symptoms but helped me design a treatment plan for ongoing management of my allergies/seasonal asthma. You're always greeted with a smile and they take the time to explain things to you. If your goal is ongoing allergy treatments, they have a number of options and will work around your schedule to include weekly injections or sublingual drops which you can pick up or they mail to you. I live in the Plano/Frisco area but it's worth the drive! I wouldn't go anywhere else and for as infrequently as you need an allergist, quality is better than convenience. They electronically send your prescriptions for you so there's no standing in line at the pharmacy or having to drop anything off. Honestly the best practice hands down! read more

Had to get a hearing test after my son failed two hearing tests, one at school and one at the pediatrician's office. I really liked Dr. Mullins, he seems very experienced and great with kids. Directly after his exam we were able to get a hearing test using a sound booth and performed by an audiologist, and then he followed up with us for his recommendations. I was impressed with the equipment and relieved that my son's hearing is fine. You can't always get to the bottom of things but in the one area, we did. So beyond irritated with this place,as soon as I'm done paying what I owe,I will never return because of Dr.Mullins' staff. Here is why, I discovered this place in about October/November time because I had chronic tonsillitis and had to look for a doctor to remove them.I came to find this clinic because my sister works around the area and just told me to check them out.Of course,I didn't look to any other office because this was the closest,so I went here.Had an exam done,scheduled a tonsillectomy for February and went on with the procedure.Well,the receptionist were supposed to call me two weeks prior to the surgery to let me know any information I needed for the day and they were supposed to send me records over to the facility they were sending me to have my surgery.The days went by till 3 days before my surgery and I still had received NO type of phone call from the office or facility.I began to worry so I called the practice expressing my concerns,not only did they give me their smug attitude,they had let me know that the "fax machine" was responsible for not sending my information to the facility. HOW DO YOU NOT DOUBLE CHECK YOUR WORK?HOW DO YOU NOT FOLLOW UP WITH SOMETHING LIKE THIS? As if you just dropped the ball and didn't even bother to pick it back up.I can't even begin to express how much stress and anger that caused me. A few weeks after my surgery I go for my follow up,and that's when they requested for me to set up a payment plan and I was happy to. I like to make all my important payments before they're due so I won't be counted late or make it into a situation of problems.They got my credit card information and I signed a paper saying they will take out a certain amount each month. When the next month approached and I didn't see a transaction processed for my monthly payment,I called up there again.ONCE AGAIN RECEIVING ATTITUDE FROM THE SAME RECEPTIONIST, they also informed me that she FORGOT to set up my information for my monthly payments. Of course,as if my money didn't matter till it gets sent off to collections and then there wouldn't be a damn thing they could do about it. They apologized and went on with the payment. Today is May 3rd,and of course,once again, no money taken out of my account for my current balance going to this horrible practice.Unfortunately I will have to call up there tomorrow when they are open again,probably receive more attitude and go through the whole process again. I started seeing Dr. Mullins about 6 months ago. Every time I go the experience just gets better and better. The staff is very nice and pleasant. I am always seen in a timely manner. Dr. Mullins takes his time with me and always answers all of my questions. I never leave his office not understanding what's going on. He's cured my allergies, sinuses and also a ear issue that I had. The office is very nice and always clean. I always appreciate that they always call me to remind me of my appoints because I sometimes forget with my busy schedule.
