Chef was pretty on point with the cooking temperatures requested. My only gripe was the lack of fans or air conditioning. I get it. The open space concept is a thing, but man was it hot. Servings were ok, and the drinks were good. Overall a great choice to dine.

All of the servers, working as a team, treat you really well. They are so friendly, definitely the friendliest restaurant we went to on the Gold Mile strip. We started with martinis and gin&tonic, prepared well and very refreshing. For an appetizer, we ordered the five spicy wings, that were excellent in hot flavoring, plus had the four piece cheesy garlic bread, that had lots of cheese. For entrees we ordered the prawns that were outstanding with a nice olive oil and garlic flavor. We also ordered the 250g 21-Day aged sirloin steak cooked medium-well that was absolutely delicious. Just a hint of pink, the way I like it. We passed on dessert, as we were too full but the three different cheesecakes looked good. All in all, an excellent meal and experience. These guys treat you well!

Hidden gem may sound cliché, but that's just what this small (~16 seats), family restaurant is…read more After two days of boring, stomach-destroying, over-oily fish, the food here hit the spot. The food was better than the two other places I'd been in the area, at about 1/3 to 1/2 the price. The Serrano Ham was nicely augmented by olive oil and ground pepper, making it tastier than the average cured meat dish in the area. Next was the Christorra Sausage in Red Wine Sauce. What the description omits is that there is a lot of fresh garlic in the sauce. If you're a vampire, stay away. Otherwise, the sausage was utterly scrumptious. Nicely balancing the fat, meat, wine, and garlic. The garlic mushrooms lived up to their name, though the addition of dried hot peppers added a welcome kick to the dish. The mushrooms were cooked so as not to absorb too much oil. After this, I was still hungry, so the waitress / hostess / owner suggested the Chef's Meatballs. Nice texture, well-spiced, and a nice, simple tomato sauce with an abundance of garlic. The Calamari were battered differently than I'm used to. Beer-battered possibly? While a welcome departure from the usual, it was a bit heavier than I'd bargained for, though still tastier than expected. They don't do dessert, so I had a typical Canarian coffee with condensed milk to finish off the evening (I was too full for their cheese plate). As mentioned above, I was surprised at the low cost of the meal, 36 Euros (not mentioned above was the beer to go along with the meal). Throughout the meal, the owners (husband and wife) and their kids were exceptionally friendly, making me feel at home on my vacation.

This place is in a prime location, if you live 2 minutes away by walking, like i did this summer!…read moreReally it was nice because it was super close and it also had a very family feel to it, despite the fact that it's actually a very nice place to consume food. It's probably my gf's favorite place to get meat on the whole island, which is impressive because, well it's Spain. You can get delicious steak pretty much anywhere, but she loves the way they prepare it here. The cuts are brilliant and the flavor is for SURE in there. The last time I was there I managed to remember to get the Alfred Hitchcock burger which came highly recommended by a friend of ours. I'd asked our waitress if the burger was big and she said "oh yes." I was pleased with this response...that was until the burger actually arrived. It was, WAY BIGGER than i thought it would be! It was kind of disappointing how huge this thing was. Just from the moment she put it down i KNEW i was going to have problems finishing it. And i hadn't taken a bite yet! It has manchego cheese, as well as Jamon Iberica, for added deliciousness. It's so big and juicy that you absolutely need a knife and fork to consume it. Another fact I found rather saddening! It's probably enough burger for 2 people. It's terrific though. A lot to take in, but terrific. Which is not suprising because all the other meat products we've eaten at this lovely place are done super well. The other great thing about this place, it's open during the winter time. Obviously not everyday like during the summer season, but you go ahead and try and find a slew of restaurants open on the island in November. Yea, I thought so. Enjoy!

We were offered new wine instead. - Sent back the grilled squids, over cooked and way too hard. This happens to squid if you don't do it well. To top it off, the waiter argued and said this was normal. (By now our table was notorious and it was hard to get attention from the staff even though it should be the opposite.) - We didn't finish the dessert; sliced papaya. How is it possible to fail this!? It was overripe and didn't taste well either. The other desert, lemon mousse, was everything else than balanced. We didn't send any of this back since we didn't get the opportunity. Plus, by now we really didn't care. Also, it would just make us seem stupid. - The staff didn't make much effort to save the night and win our hearts back. They were fairly stressed out and pretty much ignored us. - When the check arrived, everything was on there, including two bottles of wine, squid, dessert. No effort went into at least correcting the obvious errors. Further compensation would be customary, even. We acknowledged this and they corrected some of it. No excuses. To sum up: Not recommended at all. I don't understand why so many people go there. Update: Severe food poisoning symptoms with 38.6 degrees C two days after...
