When I calculated out 45 days from the last delivery burning 5 gallons a day without insulation I figured we had used 225 gallons and we're nearly empty- if this was correct we wouldn't make it through our below zero weekend without running out if oil. I called spoke to Lindsay Friday morning and she was able to get me a delivery by that afternoon! I was totally relieved and grateful to hear this. I only had 173 gallons delivered! I guess the insulation is working! I am very grateful and a 1000 lbs of stress is taken from my shoulders knowing that I won't run out of oil this weekend which would cause a nightmare of burst pipes, and no heat or got water. I never heard of R K Auto Repair until just recently from a friend. After doing some Google reviews…read moreand Yelp reviews, I decided to go down there with 2 issues with my 2006 Saturn Vue. The first problem I had was a broken door latch on the drivers side door and the other problem was a temp thermostat sensor made the check engine light come on. After going to numerous places before going to R K Auto Repair, I was fed up that the price just to fix the door was going to be astronomically high. After showing up at R K Auto Repair, I was met by Brian. I explained thoroughly what the 2 issues I was having and right way gave me some options and pricing. He called a few places to find a used door latch so I would not have to pay for a brand new one. I was able to find a place on my own and informed Brian about this. Within a day, he had the part from a used salvage place and now I could finally be able to open my drivers side door after 2 months of climbing in thru the back seat to get to the drivers seat. After all said and done it took about 3 hours and when I got the bill it was actually lower than the quoted price. That was good news to me. I am writing this in my own words and from a customers experience, and the way I was treated by R K Auto Repair left me with a feeling that from now on, I will be giving my business to this well organized and HONEST people. I thank Brian and the staff for taking care of me and feeling like just a number. They listened to my problem and fixed right the first time. Thats the way it should be..

Actually he lied to me saying he was returning them and then texted me he left them in my back seat and I needed to return them. I bought them from him and he wouldn't give me a receipt! He did one of the two things I contacted him for, was late, ignored texts & had no consideration that he said he'd be there by 4pm but showed up 6:30pm & next day 9:30pm. I needed to get someone who knows how to fix a car hesitating to start and the rear rotors were his idea and never my priority. I'd like to put that money towards the hesitating issue. It's my call not his. And so he's keeping my money including all his up charges and the pads were $10 with front brake rotors purchase but he still charged me the full amount. Dishonest, Rude, Unprofessional. Do not go here.
