I requested that he reconnect it and leave it alone. He put it back, but just until I left my home. He then disconnected it again, this damaging the connection. I work from my home. His recklessness has and is costing me money. He refused to phone me back. He refused to come back this evening to fix the issue. He denies he did anything wrong, but "knows" that he needs a special tool to Fix it. If I am out my cable and internet for 5 days. He will in-cure my losses plus damages. If he would have 1) left me a message informing me he had messed up. I probably would not have been so angry. He did not. 2) Leave me a note on my door, informing me of the issue, and letting me know what time he'd be back. He did not 3) did not return text messages 4) did not phone me upon pleading. 5)lies about even messing with the line in the first place even though he admitted it, bc I was home and he told me he unplugged it, in order to get his work done. HES A LIAR. 6) he is untrustworthy. If this man messed my home up so badly that it takes 5 days to fix...he will pay every single cent to make me whole.

Well we had to have a company come out and rip my walls out, clean the mold out, and well take care of the problem. So, we needed the room to be put back to normal and we needed the outside brick to be fixed so no more water could come in and cause damage again. I searched and searched for a good reliable contractor and when I found A&N I was so thankful. I called them and he came out the same day. He communicated with me throughout the process, helped me to understand everything so I was not left in the dark. Worked with our insurance company... he even called them to straighten out a mix up, that was so helpful. His team came in and did a fantastic job! They were very professional too. I work from home and they were so polite knowing I was on and off meetings. They cleaned up everyday after they finished, never caused any problems, and walked me through the process as they finished specific parts. A neighbor recommended Alpha & Omega Home Improvements, and we called them for an estimate. We were so impressed with the owner, Jaime Trujillo, that we hired him immediately. Jaime did an amazingly beautiful job on the floors, and over the course of the month he worked on them, we had several conversations with him about other jobs he had worked on. As a result of those conversations we hired him to paint the entire interior of the house, followed by several other projects including tearing down an old wooden deck, and the various painting and carpentry tasks related to that project. Jaime is a superbly skilled craftsman who takes great pride in his work, and he has an attitude and work ethic that is rare these days.
