They were going to come back the next day to lay the new floor, and so I had limited time to find someone to help with this job. I also needed the old rusted toilet flange removed from the pipe, which involved a sawzall, chisel and some hard work. Rick answered the phone, clarified what I needed, purchased the material and delivered it, tore out the old subfloor that needed replacing, and installed the new subfloor and did the demolition on the old toilet flange.
