This included the pre-cruise and post-cruise land packages and round-trip air transportation. In a nutshell, Robert was incredible and professional on every front -- simply fabulous to work with. For starters, I appreciated his attention to detail, his diligence, and his behind-the-scenes coordination. In aggregate, these traits highlighted his exemplary work ethic and broad expertise in the realm of leisure travel. His conscientiousness was also very commendable, I might add. He was always available to present us with workable options and advise us on a variety of matters, as needed, which we very much appreciated. I was also impressed by his ability to coordinate our needs with AmaWaterways. All in all, the entire cruise was fantastic. In summary, Robert can be a very valuable asset in the realm of planning and coordinating such cruises. Very impressive, Robert. Thank you for the wonderful job, we wish you continued success in all your endeavors, and we're glad we found you on Yelp." --- Ramesh & Patricia Ramchandani.

Review Title: If you actually travel, this is a total no-brainer!…read moreI have to admit, my wife and I were highly hesitant going into this. My business partner had purchased a vacation package with Tripps Now during a trip to Vegas a month prior, which is how we ended up listening to their presentation. We first met with an agent named Jason. His presentation was absolutely fantastic, showing us beautiful trips and amazing possible destinations that really got us excited. However, what completely changed the game for us was our conversation with a bubbly agent named Dallas. What transpired next was completely unexpected. My wife and I sat there in total disbelief at how Dallas talked about the travel club. It wasn't a high-pressure sales pitch at all--in fact, it was the exact opposite. There was no "buy this, buy that" attitude. Instead, it felt like a simple gesture or a gentle nudge showing us why this makes sense. She didn't try to "sell" us; she just laid out the facts. She told us straight up: if you travel, this is a win-win and a complete no-brainer. If you don't travel, then maybe it's not for you. We told her we were currently planning a trip to Greece for my cousin's wedding, followed by a cruise. Dallas showed us how we could save on our airfare, hotels, and car rentals for the Greece trip. Then she explained that when we were ready for our cruise, the travel package could get us a 4-night, 5-day all-inclusive stay in the Caribbean. At that point, I looked at her and said, "We'll sign." When we got back in front of Jason to finalize the deal, he dropped another great benefit: we could add 4 family members or friends to our account so they could get the exact same discounts we do. One of the absolute best parts about this travel package is the concierge service. You literally just call them up, tell them where you want to go and your dates, and they handle all of the planning for you. It makes traveling completely stress-free. We are already seeing the value. My brother has already saved money using our account. Between what he saved, what we are saving on the Greece trip, and the cost of our upcoming cruise, we have already broken even on our investment. If you don't go anywhere, a travel club won't help you. But to answer the ultimate question: if you actually travel, Tripps Now is an absolute no-brainer. Highly recommended!

This business presents itself as concierge travel services. The storefront and sales people seem trustworthy and they pitch to a group of couples all at once promising a "low pressure" sales pitch. We were invited to attend a "travel presentation" in exchange for the promise of 6 trips at the conclusion by a separate marketing company. During the presentation we were led to believe that we would have access directly to RSI's website as well as concierge services. RSI's A+ BBB rating was repeatedly touted as a reason this was a quality offer of products and services. We were led to believe that we would have access to deeply discounted accommodations everywhere worldwide and we are not. There are a very limited number of accommodations in California, or in Maui, for example. We were even led to believe that our membership offered discounts at a variety of other retailers which are not available on the site. We were also verbally told that the amount we paid, $4,995.00 purchased 5 "weeks" per year for life. But there were no further details provided about that anywhere on the website or the emails and the sheet of paper that was scrawled on was discarded. No printed documentation was provided at all for our purchase. We received copies of docusigned agreements which only my husband signed. After viewing the website they gave us access to and determining we had spent $4995.00 on nothing more valuable than coupons, we contacted the company via phone, email and certified mail requesting cancellation and refund but we were told: "You signed a no rescission contract. The Cancellation Policy is in bold print and capitalized. It clearly states due to the purchase not being timeshare related, you do not have the ability to cancel this agreement. You initialed next to this statement and signed directly below the statement." "Services have been rendered. As soon as the e-signature process was completed, an email was sent to the email account tied to the License Agreement with details of how to log into the travel website and how to contact the travel service department." "The FTC Cooling Off Period does not apply to this transaction. In the State of Nevada, if a sale takes place at the primary sales location of the business, they are not obligated to offer a rescission period, and the cooling off period does not apply." I believe the sales people misrepresented the product (which is access to a website trippsnowbooking.com not RSI) and even insincerely related to our faith in conversation as a distraction from the shady sales transaction they were concluding. They repeatedly quote an A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau but Tripps Now doesn't even exist on the BBB (I have filed a scam alert against them 6/23/2026) . Then they admitted they are also Tripps Travel Network which has 22 complaints on BBB website in the past 3 years. All but one (in 2024) show an unwillingness to issue full refunds to dissatisfied customers. If they stood by a quality product and fair pricing, they would issue a full refund when their customers do not find value in their products/services. This company misrepresented the amount of savings, the availability of travel dates and the types of accommodations in various regions. There is far less inventory at far less of a savings in regions where we had hoped to travel. Their continued reliance on a no-rescission contract indicates that they know they're offering a product that doesn't live up to the promises.

My wife and I were really worried she might react the same way here -- but guess what, she's doing so much better at Merryhill! This school truly has empathy and warmth. Ms Gram and Ms Niemand are not just teachers -- they give real mothership. They make my daughter feel secure, trusting, and cared for. My daughter is a highly sensitive child (HSP) -- she feels anxious with too many strangers or changes around her, so it takes time for her to adapt. From day one, both teachers have been incredibly patient and loving. They treat every child equally, with the same care and responsibility. One day my daughter told me about a new boy who cried nonstop during his first week. Every time we came to pick her up, we'd see him closely attached to the teachers -- it was clear he felt safe with them. He literally follows Ms Gram wherever she goes, which says everything about how nurturing they are. Other things I love about this school: parents get monthly reports for their kids, there are regular teacher-parent meetings, and they offer a great variety of lunch options and events for kids to learn and explore. We're so grateful to have found a school that truly understands children and provides such a loving environment.
