Where to begin with this review. After enjoying my trip and simmering down I have decided to inform others. This was my first time using a travel agent. After speaking with Robert for the first time I felt confident that he was well traveled and seasoned in the planning department. Two weeks later he called to inform me he forgot everything we discussed, was embarrassed and assured me he would "throw" something in for the inconvenience. (Never happened.) 7 months before we were to depart I made sure Robert had the spelling for all passengers and informed him of a couple special requests: wheelchair access for my grandmother and not many tours. I started making payments. At this time I corrected him on incorrect spelling of my grandmothers name. Finally last payment due just under 3 months of departure. I tell him when to pull the funds from account. Was very specific because we are also doing some home renovations. Of course he pulls the day my home renovation is to come out. Unauthorized! Next I meet with him a couple weeks to departure. I find out I am scheduled and paid for more tours then I wanted. 1 of which is 11.5 hours!!! (No we did not finish it. Way too long) and saw he spelled my grandmas name wrong AGAIN! This time the first name. A week before we leave he calls me a few times while I am at work. Messages me. I can't respond. Nor could I reach him when I got off. Monday morning I call and he immediately interrupts me to say that I need to pay almost $1800.00 to fix his misspell! Absolutely not. I called around to see my options. The airlines tell me no problem we will fix it. When I told Robert he said he would need written confirmation. I call the airlines back just to find out he cancelled my grandmothers flight without my consent! After all was said and done. I had to pay 1/3 (over $600) because he forgot the E at the end of her name. But without paying. She wouldn't be able to go. And this was a Christmas gift to her and my grandpa. So they could see her native land Norway. When we arrived to the Airport at 3am, it took over an hour for the check in to find our tickets. No wheelchair assistance. It was a nightmare. My grandma has MS. She cannot walk distance and needed assistance on the plane. Well she had to sit alone. And at each airport we had to request help. During the trip we had issues with confirming drivers. He misinformed us about seeing the House of Anne Frank. (So we never got to go) Luckily we were in great company and got the pleasure to enjoy the trip of a life time. Despite Roberts lack of detail and poor communication. It's hard to take reviews to heart because everyone can have a bad day. But I HIGHLY recommend finding another agent. I don't know if he is too busy or what but I felt that he could talk sweet and when it came to delivery he fell sorely short. He disregarded what my requests were. I shouldn't have to repeat the timeline and destinations as many times as I had to. And if you can't properly take notes or read the proper spelling, then request copies of photo ids. In the end. I spent more then I anticipated. And with how much it was we sholdn't have had the hiccups we did. Your better off hopping on Pinterest and planning your dream trip yourself. read more

I truly enjoyed working with Robert on booking a quick getaway with my wife to Carlsbad California. I am incredibly busy with my work and unfortunately I do not have a lot of time to research hotels and travel arrangements. Like anyone else I am always interested in a good deal. I called Robert and asked if he could look into a nice resort in Carlsbad CA. We fell in love with its beaches and quaint community when we lived there in the early 80's.
