I a day on a boat on the lake! This has to be one of the marinas I really like. Staff is always friendly on the dock & inside their little store. We rented a pontoon this past weekend for $570 from 8am-5:30pm gas included. They provide life jackets that you try on before getting into your boat so you have the correct size. We were limited on where we could go that day because of the higher winds. We went out about 45mins from the dock. The pontoons aren't very fast boats so plan accordingly when having to bring the boat back. My friend is always the "Captain" & I know in the past he has had to watch a video on boating rules but he mentioned something about having to take a 6hr on line course to drive the boat?? Not 100% sure on that so double check prior to renting. I have Verizon cell phone service & had no issues with getting service here or out on the lake. They have "real" bathrooms on the dock & their little store has all sorts of stuff. They are way over priced but that can be expected. Some items the store carries are: ice ($3.50/bag), snacks, loaves of bread, sunscreen, drinks, alcohol, soft coolers, t-shirts, sun shirts, prepackage snack foods in the fridge, some toiletries. I actually needed some visine & got a wicked small bottle for $5.00, I bought some Cheetos for like $7.50, double oatmeal cake for like $3.00 but I did get a nice fun shirt, long sleeve with hood for like $23.00 & it says Lake Mead on it. There are a lot of fish hanging around the docks but you can't feed them & I ran into a couple of friendly ducks. This marina is about 45min drive from GVR area. I can't wait to head back & have another boating day! TIP: bring a trash bag to collect all your trash in. No glass bottles allowed. Have fun! read more

if i would give this place a ZERO then i would absolutely GIVE IT AN NEGATIVE ONE. i am of asian descant.. in my experience every other caucasian family was served in a friendly and attentive manner while our family was ignored and never checked up upon. i was waiting for someone to take my order for over 30 minutes, and when i went to the checkout to ask about it, the lady IGNORED ME and walked away and never came back. after i sat down a group of young white men came over THEN THEY DECIDED TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS. I've been to the boat harbor many times, often when I bring tourists to Lake Mead. I have been there 3 times jet skiing. I have always found the staff to be competent and pleasant. After signing the proper papers and giving your credit card to assure return of the jet ski and to assure payment if you do damage to the ski. After this is over, you watch a video explaining the rules and regulations of the rental. It also covers safety tips including making sure you attach the cutoff cord to your shirt in case you fall over or have some other accident befall. Then it's out to the pickup area. You put on your life vest, get on the jet ski, and have a brief safety explanation about that shut off and speed in leaving the harbor area. When you finish the time you signed for and return to the dock, youm wait a short time while an employee refills the gas for which you're responsible and it's added to the bill. You go back inside and the transaction is completed. It sounds a bit convoluted, but it's not. In writing this review, I think I'll have to head back out some morning when it's calm and enjoy renting and riding once again. The staff is also understanding. I brought a friend from the UK here once, and he got lost on the lake. All the mountains looked the same to him. He was late returning the jet ski, but they were understanding and didn't charge extra. read more

Giving this a 5 star as even thou we were a fair distance from the boat harbor, we were able to set up a day camp beach front, get the paddle boards in the lake, have a nice bbq lunch (propane with a black stone griddle) and a relaxing day on the lake with my wife and the puppy. thou the trail leading to the lakefront recommended 4X4, I observed small vehicles to include a Porsche make it down without too much issues. There are toilets int he are but note they are cassette toilets so make sure you bring amenities. Also note, winds can be unpredictable and strong at times, so if you have a easy up or awning, make sure you secure to the ground. On our visit, several were lost to an unexpected strong wind. We were able to get there early in the morning so it was easy to find a space to launch the paddle boards and get in the water. This is one of the cheaper places to rent a large pontoon for your immediate family. We had booked online and the process was swift and easy. I could not express how simple it is to book your boat in advance and reserve it. This is high recommended especially on weekends and holidays. We had reserve a large 12 persons Admiral pontoon for the entire day. It was only $450 to enjoy your day on Lake Mead with you family. At check in, they take cautions with covid measures by only allowing two parties inside to check in for their reserved boats. The boat we got was very clean, nice, and comfortable. Everything was provided to us with detailed instruction so that we can be safe and at the same time enjoying our day on the lake. I highly recommend this place for your fun on Lake Mead. read more

The Las Vegas Boat Harbor reminds me of Paul Simon's song "Kodachrome*." Quoting some of the lyrics the pictures I took with my Kodachrome (actually a Canon Power Shot) of Las Vegas Boat Harbor: " give me those nice bright colors, the dreams of summer, and make the world a sunny day." The time I spent here was a nature photography session. This review is written by a Yelper who stopped by the Las Vegas Boat Harbor to take pictures and appreciate the Lake Mead landscape. This is a Yelper that appreciates making his payments on a compact car, much less a boat. The Las Vegas Boat Harbor rests on a scenic spot at the southwest corner of Lake Mead. It is surrounded by open desert and mountains. It is about a two mile drive from the intersection of US 93 at Lake Shore Drive, the main entrance from Boulder City. I spent the majority of my time here shooting ducks. That is with my camera. I came here expecting to see an out-of-control fish population. Instead I saw a world of ducks. They coexisted with large fish. There were all varieties of ducks. They included kinds that I never could of perceived existed. Just seeing what I could best describe as red head ducks was worthy of my time here. It only takes some bread for the ducks to put on a show. I witnessed wading ducks and large fish trailing behind a little kid that had thrown bread to them, as he progressed further along the dock. This show was the ultimate Audubon moment that I captured on camera and shared on Yelp photos. The ducks own this place. When they were out of the water they were strolling along the main dock (shared on Yelp photos). Las Vegas Boat Harbor gives the photographer more than duck photos. I shot pictures of the Lake Mead Boat cruse arriving at the adjacent dock. If my camera had an x-ray feature, it would show the Hoover Dam if I shot a picture of the mountain overlooking the Las Vegas Boat Harbor. If I was here at the right time I would be taking pictures of big horn sheep. There is a big horn sheep population on the mountains towering over the Las Vegas Boat Harbor. It is difficult to starve or dehydrate here if you have some money. There is a full-service restaurant and marina shop. If I had decided to eat here I would of sat outside on the patio. As expected the prices for beverage in the marina shop was pricey. In all honesty, if I was very thirsty $10 for a can of Dr. Pepper would be reasonable. So, considering the location it is in, $1.25 for that can beats dehydration. As I take the Yelp 100 Challenge, I am challenging myself to experience as many parks and trails as possible. The next time I see the Las Vegas Boat Harbor will be from high above when I hike the Historic Railroad Tunnel Trail from the Hacienda Hotel to Hoover Dam. Yelp 100 Challenge 2013. We rented a pontoon from LV boat harbor. Been at least ten years since I regularly boated and water skied on lake Meade! It was a long line in mud summer where we were told to watch the boat safely video on the tv as we waited to check in . All went smoothly but I was taken back by the smaller 2 bench seats pontoon we were given for the hefty $300. The crew leader just said well the rest were sold out'. Upon return to the dock the boat handlers dumped gallons of gas into our lake! I was shocked and asked if the EPA had been here ! Where are the environmentalists regarding restrictions and violations. I'm not sure who to report that too. Next time I'm going to go to the river side and kayak ! read more

We rented two wave runners for the day. We had a great time and the equipment all worked well. I would recommend Las Vegas Boat Harbor and Boating Las Vegas. We got in the lake around 10am after showing up at 9:00 and watched the training video and got familiar with the watercraft. I was a first time rider. I found the check-in ladies helpful and quick and the team out with the equipment was super helpful. We road a few hours and came in to have lunch in the restaurant. Food was good and staff friendly. We went back out for another 2 hours. I would say 4 hours is plenty especially for a first timer. The beaches are rocky so wear water shoes. Overall, great time Las Vegas Boat Harbor and its only 40 minutes from the strip. read more

Worst marina ever. They try and use there monopoly on this end of the lake to take advantage of there slip holders. Certain people get favoritism on what slip they get. They won't let you out of slip with lift but want a 1000 to remove it. Or they offer you two thousand under current value for the lift but sell it to someone three or four thousand over value. The Gutentags(sp) greed is epic and they put no money back into the place. Even on stuff as simple as putting bumpers on the gas dock. Lots of nails on the gas dock. Be careful with your boat or ski. They say you must have current registration but have boats in covered slips that are over three years out of registration with a 8 year wait list for one of those slips. Never felt more taken advantage of by several people who are family and long time employees of the marina owners. read more

My family and I rented a boat for my boyfriends birthday. We take everyone out and we are stoked to get on the water. Getting on to check it out the seats were ripped, the floor was dirty, and the cup holders were caked with grime. The worker was showing us the different parts of the pontoon he joked and gave us "tips" for if we couldn't get it to turn on while we were out on the lake. Sure enough before we even left the dock another employee teased saying we shouldn't turn it off and back on while on the water or we might not be returning to the marina. We went about, swam and ate some lunch and then went to move spots.... & yup you guessed it, we couldn't start the boat. It got to the point that we had to wave someone down to jump it. The return time was 5:30 and we spent hours trying to start it up and the thing barely can go 15 mph so we were late!! They called me as we were pulling in and we expressed that we had a bad experience and got stuck! The lady was super rude saying I should've called if I had a problem and like interrogating us-um hi I don't have service in the lake??? Not a single one of us did?! As we are pulling up for them to check everything my boyfriend was really angry (can you blame him!!) we spent hundreds of dollars to take out friends out for his birthday. The employees were rude, the male manager was beyond disrespectful-the boat started for him and he basically told us we were lying and that he would be renting it out again the next day. We went up to the office to check out and while we were up there the guys on the dock continued to fight with our sisters and threatened to call the police and get him breathalyzed because he was mad??? Has the worst day on the lake, and 1000000% would not recommend this place. Save your time and money. read more

It's in Lake Mead recreation area so it's in a protected state park. The fee is $8 per day or $30 for the whole year. Very clean place, quiet and peaceful. A friend of mine owns a boat over there. So we spent the day on the boat, went to Hoover Dam to see it from the other side than when you walk to it. The lake is huge so you hardly see anybody even if it's really high season now with the summer heat and kids out of school. We swam in the middle of fishes. The water is so clear than you can see the bottom. We stopped the boat on a beach of one of the islands in the middle of the lake, had lunch there, more swimming... God it's heaven, lol ! Nice place to escape from the crazy summer crowded and hot Las Vegas ! read more

water toys. going fast. making waves. I got to cruise in a pontoon boat, zip around in a ski boat, and hit wakes on a wave runner. Splashy adrenaline rush when going open throttle. Lake Mead was relatively quiet and not crowded at all with boat traffic, so there were plenty of opportunities to go fast. Wind was minimal and the water was nearly smooth like glass. We also got an opportunity to see a different side of Hoover Dam from the water. Service at the docks was excellent and the guys took care of us. Thumbs up to the crew for their professionalism, even though one of our knucklehead drivers did a number of mangling the boat propeller, so we ponied up for the damage. Oh well, time to make up for it at the casino. Las Vegas Boat Harbor has been family owned and operated since 1957. In addition to rentals and fuel, the facility also has a general store, restaurant, patio, storage spaces, and boat slips. Say hello to the fishes as you mosy down the pier. read more

At first I was hesitant coming out here but my bf convinced me to go kayaking and now I'm hooked!!! Paddling to one of the islands' cove and swimming in the cool lake water might just be what will save me from the Las Vegas hot summer days. Even if the temperature only lingers around 90s, the lake water near the surface is already warm enough for leisure swimming. If you are fancy, you can rent power boats and jet skis and speed around the lake. I think they're around $75/hr and they look like a lot of fun! The boat harbor also offers cruises but I'm uncertain as to what that may entail. Don't forget to bring bags of popcorn to feed the trout, snacks for yourself, lots of sunscreen and water! read more

We arrived at Las Vegas Boat Harbor a day prior to our rental to check things out. We were greeted by Susie, Tasia and Steve. We were shown boats to choose from and given advice on how to get the right boat for our needs. The following day we arrived ready for our adventure. Tasia set us up and gave us instuctions via video and a personal review of the map and best routes to take. At the dock Ryan gave us a detailed overview of the boat and what sites to see as well as his favorite spots. We had the best time imaginable! At check in, all went smooth as were were again greeted by Tasia. I have to say, she was one the nicest people we have met on our 30 day RV adventure. Las Vegas Boat Harbor is a fine place to rent a boat. Just don't expect much more than that. As some other reviews stated, all the women that work there are very grouchy. They are not quite "rude" or "mean," but they definitely are not "nice." I understand that there are rules, and they need to be sure that people are responsible. However, for those of us who are responsible on the water, it wouldn't hurt them to be a bit nicer, answer questions, and be flexible. We rented a 10 person pontoon boat for a few hours while at the Lake. It was the perfect amount of time to cruise around the lake, stop to go swimming, and listen to music on the boat. We had a great time going swimming, but I think I should have been more careful to not drink the water. I somehow got a stomach flu later that night and spent the evening vomiting. We even had to miss out dinner at L'atlier :-(. That is not fault of Las Vegas Boat Harbor though... I would recommend getting there early since you can't "reserve" a boat. They are first come first serve, and again, not very friendly. I don't think that there are many other options, as this place seems to have the market cornered. read more

Good value. Wasn't that expensive to rent a boat. We had a really fun time driving up to the business end of the Hoover Dam (Can't get too close or the department of homeland security will pay you a visit. There are buoy's.) The only problem I had with this place was the bathroom was dangerously gross. As soon as you walk in, you feel like your going to vomit. 5 stars for the pontoon we got as well as for Mitch who showed us the works! 3 stars is solely for the check-in process. When making the reservations, we were told that we had to have an Appt due to Covid which was great IMO. But when we got there, ON TIME...it was chaos, pretty unorganized. I went in line and other people who came in after me were helped first and then I was told I couldn't be in there because everyone was late to their appt. and they could only have a # of people inside. I couldn't even ask any questions because they just were trying to push us away. I was told to come back in 10 min. Came back after 10 min, was kicked out again and was told that they will call me 20 min later, no call, so went back in and waited in line for another 10 min. Was then told that we could watch the video. Other people who got there AFTER me were helped first AGAIN. I'm totally understanding of the whole trying to be safe thing and appreciate it actually, however, if others were late to their appt and we were on time, we should've been helped and the late ones should've been the ones to wait. By the time we got our boat and got going, it was almost 1pm. We lost almost 2 hours and were told that we couldn't explore past this small area of the map due to high wings by 2pm. Soooo, we had an hour to explore basically and had to turn right back around. We definitely didn't make it to the beaches we wanted to go to. What's worse is no one actually apologized. The attitude we felt was basically saying "sorry but this is what you've been dealt with and deal with it!" So yea, not the best experience and I've rented from other spots during the pandemic and had a better process. read more

Don't second guess yourself, this IS the place you should rent from. Took my family (wife, 12 year old daughter, 14 year old son) to spend the day on Lake Mead. I get leery when renting boats because I've been scammed in the past. From the moment I walked in at 8am Kristin went out of her way to help make me comfortable and treated me as if I'd been a customer of theirs for years. She told me if I go over my projected 4 hours it wasn't a problem, I'd be charged for the hours on the lake or the full day rental...whichever was less. Less! I was shocked and when she shared I didn't need to call or come back to notify them I went from shocked to flabbergasted. Wow! I could go on and on about the professionalism of each employee we came in contact with from the time we got there until the time we returned the boat (after 5p) but here's the bottom line; I'll be back, I'll refer everyone we know, and I'm exhausted but taking the time to leave a review. read more

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH SLIPPING OUR BOAT AT THE HARBOR AND THE WORK THAT THEY HAVE DONE FOR US. The LV Boat Harbor and Lake Mead Marina are both owned by the same family run business. They are extremely prompt and easy to deal with. I pay about $260 a month to slip my boat there. At any time, I can call and have them check on my boat in a storm or if I think there is a problem. I had the marina install a used hydrohoist that I purchased off of craigslist and they did an excellent job. I have them do my annual maintenance as well and everything has gone smoothly. The other day, my ignition came out of the dash and needed to be replaced. Bruce from the Boat Harbor dropped what he was doing and installed the new one in the 115 degree heat no problem. These guys are awesome and Bruce is a customer service superstar!!! They also have a huge selection of boats at very affordable pricing. I appreciate dealing with all of these guys and have nothing but great things to say about my experience with the Las Vegas Marina and LV Boat Harbor!!! read more

Watch out for gasoline rip-off scams!!! Boat rentals here do not come with gasoline. You need to pay for the gas when you turn in the watercraft! 1) Make sure you leave with a full tank! Make them top the tank off - as you watch! 2) Make sure the pump says 0.00 dollars before they start pumping into your watercraft! This is our experience: We rented a Wave Runner one day. When bringing it do the dock they had a gas pump nozzle in another wave runner. They then put the nozzle into our Wave Runner without clearing the pump. We complained of this error. They staff gave us one dollar for the gas "accident". Very strange! We then complained to the desk staff who gave us five dollars credit. We will never know how much extra gas was pumped into the first wave runner before the nozzle was in ours. We came the next day and rented a speed boat. The gas gauge said 3/4 full. The staff said that the tank was indeed 100% full and that many of the gas gauges are broken and bounce all over - and that this is normal. He verbally guaranteed that the tank was full. I said I wanted to look inside the gas cap to check the level. He said "I will do you one better". He took me to the gas pump dock where he then put 19 dollars of gas into the tank before the pump clicked off. Although he acted surprised that the tank was not full, I would have spent 19 dollars more to fill up the boat when bringing the boat back if I had not had him prove the tank was full. The desk staff seemed truly surprised that I was shorted twice on gas fill-ups. Either I was unlucky to have this happen twice in a row, or there is criminal action occurring here. Watch out for both these gasoline scam tricks if you rent here! To their credit, I did have fun and the watercraft were well maintained. They do not let their watercraft out of the "Boulder Basin" part of the lake. You cannot go through the narrows into the main Lake Mead area. They will threaten to keep your $400 deposit they catch you passing by the "no ski" buoys in the narrows leading to the main lake! Other marinas may not have this restriction. read more

We had to wait close to an hour to check in, do a 4 hour course in advance, pass a test, still watch a 15 minute video and they didn't want to rent the boat we reserved, then when we were 30 minutes late due to an extremely slow motor on down graded boat, got charged. Have you ever gone jet skiing before? No? Then do it! This was something new for me, and I wanted to give it a try. Various adventure tour companies offer jet ski packages, including transportation from the Strip. Fees vary, but once you add in tax and miscellaneous fees the cost is around $150. I had a rental car, and preferred the scheduling freedom allowed by going on my own, so I chose to do it that way. It's a little difficult getting good rental information on the web. Some information is available, but it's often months old, poorly presented, and incomplete. I found out that there are several places where one can rent jet skis, also known as personal water craft (PWC). In the Lake Mead area, three possibilities are Callville Bay Resort & Marina in the north, Las Vegas Boat Harbor in the south, and Lake Mead Marina in between. I chose Las Vegas Boat Harbor. It was a fairly easy one hour drive from the Strip. While reservations are not available, on a warm Saturday morning in late September there were plenty of jet skis available. The rate was $65 for one hour, with discounts after that. With tax and gas, it was about $75 for an hour. I viewed a quick safety video, then a real live human being gave me a quick review at the dock. No experience is required; however, the exercise of common sense would be a good thing. Get thrown from a jet ski going 50 mph, or worse yet hit someone, and the situation will not be a happy one. It took a few minutes to get comfortable and to get used to looking out for choppy water, but after that it was great! The scenery is dramatic, and, well...it's just fun zooming around on one of these things. I spent an hour and a quarter on the water (the kind rental folks had given me a few extra minutes for free); that was enough for my first time. And yes, I did get it up to 50 mph for a few brief seconds. read more

Great boat rental service. Hands down the best we've ever experienced. This lake and the desert scenery were beautiful. Boat was the newest, best maintained and outfitted that we've ever rented. Most rental boats tend to be functional but with minimal instrumentation and amenities, and weather worn. This looked like a private owner's boat: great condition, shade cover, etc. Handled well. Cost was $80/hour with two hour minimum (plus gas, and plus $400 reserve deposit against boat damage -- all of which is standard for boat rentals). One thing to note: the staff here are professionals and serious about people's safety. I'm pointing this out in response to some of the other commenters complaining that the service staff weren't "nice enough" or refused to rent to them for X reason, yada yada. News flash from somebody who boats: there's an amazing amount of boating-related stupidity out there, even in normal places (unsafe driving, drinking while driving, ignoring traffic rules, swimming around live motors etc.). Given that this is Las Vegas with tons of tourists from around the world, the ignorance and dumbassery risks are huge. This isn't some casino or strip club where you call the shots and the staff are supposed to kiss your ass. People get injured and killed around boats *all the time*. The staff here know this, and they have to deal with the consequences if one of their renters effs up. Therefore, the rental personnel are no-nonsense. I found them to be perfectly nice, just serious. They know Nevada boating rules, the lake and the weather patterns. Frankly, their rental rules are less stringent than many other places -- for example, you can beach their boats, which most rental places (including on other famous lakes like Tahoe) won't let you do, because of the risk of a newbie boater damaging the hull or propeller. So yes, you do have watch a safety video (and really watch it, not ignore it while you play on your phone). Yes, you do have to wear a life vest. Yes, you need to stay in the part of the lake where they tell you to (it's a huge lake -- easy to miscalculate distance). No, you can't rent a boat too late in the day even for "a little while." No, it's not their problem if your personal boat broke down. And if they won't rent to you because of risky weather, too late in the day or whatever -- or just because you're coming across like a jackass -- that's their call. read more

Haha like most people said , the women there seems grouchy. As if they don't want to be there at all. Not as friendly the gentlemen. The prices seems fair. I rented a deluxe for $300 for the day and had to deposit another $300. When you return the boat , they will pump gas into and you would have to pay for the amount you used for the trip. Mine came out to $20. Not bad at all. The deluxe aka Patio Boat go as fast as 55-60mph. Had a wonderful experience and can't wait to come back. read more

We rented a pontoon boat on 08/07/2015 all day for $300, not bad if you have a group of 8 or more. The rental process was easy and fast, the safety check and boat check were quick and thorough. One new thing is you have to have a life vest on at all times in the boat. We thought it was crazy but it actually is not a big deal. It was really easy to swim and enjoy the lake knowing you didn't have to put too much effort into swimming and staying afloat. We had one problem when out boat didn't start, but we called the office and someone quickly came by to troubleshoot. We will most likely return. read more

It keeps moving every time I go there it seems. The water level has lowered so dramatically that they have to move it to deeper waters all the time. Watching the whole harbor move at 1 mile an hour is a trip. Anyhoo, this is such a nice place to go to see HUGE, HUNGRY striped bass, catfish, beautiful colorful ducks and sea gulls eat out of your hands. We like hanging out with our dogs at the cafe at the end of the dock. The food at the cafe is nothing to write home about but you can't beat the view of the lake and boats and hungry fish. Looks like you can walk on them in the water, they are packed so tight. Of course, there is always some yahoo who will try to catch a fish in their hands. [Rolling eyes]. Haven't rented the boats yet. Will have to do that next time. read more

I think what makes Las Vegas Boat Harbor such a great Lake Mead marina is that it is family owned and operated. They caterer to boat owners and recreational boat renters of all experience levels. Families can also enjoy a day at Lake Mead feeding fish off the docks or enjoying a meal on the floating patio. It's a fun day outing away from the city or at night when they are hosting one of their festive and fun special events. read more

I cant possible be more negative about this place. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the engines on the pontoon boats worked. We rented 2 boats on 7/21/17 under my name. I was not there at the pickup but the rest of my family was, including the 2 drivers of the pontoon boat. The lady behind the counter was condescending to me wife and told her that either I showed up or they would not rent her the boats. I of course called and said that my wife could indeed rent the boats in my name and I told the lady that if it was such a big deal, she could just cancel my reservation and rent the two boats (now available because of the cancellation) directly to her. I was told that if we did this we would get charged twice! A decent class in customer service would not kill the employees of this place. So, I eventually arrived, and even though I was not the driver of the boats, I had to stay through some ridiculous orientation. Next up, the "check out" of the actual boat. This took forever and was utterly pointless. Basically, we showed up at 8, and did not get on the water until 11. 2 weeks later and I am still livid at these people. My recommendation is that you rent a jetski/boat from someone else. there are plenty of options. The other groups require you to pickup the boat (they lend you and SUV) and put into the water, but I have done this before. A.) the prices are much lower b.) the equipment is much better and c.) the people are just all around nicer. read more

Launched my boat but it would not start. I raced over to the Boat Harbor office in somewhat of a panic not knowing what I could do. Some very nice woman (I did not get her name) got me to Robert Gripentog. He hopped right in a boat and headed to launching ramp. By the time I returned to the ramp, a short distance I might add, he had taken my boat over to the rented slip. A relief for me. I did not want to have to have the boat pulled out of the water and taken into Boulder City to diagnose the problem. AND by the time I got to my assigned slip my boat was secured by lines placing it perfectly in the center of the slip this includes securing the boat using the appropriate connections. Only a very experienced could do all this. He was fast, polite, professional and took care of me and my boat lickety split . This damsel in distress appreciates was relieved. Great job.
