This is in reply for Eric: Eric, while I understand your position, that is simply unacceptable to be told by your dispatcher that a driver was unavailable until 8 a.m. My wife had worked an swing shift when her vehicle overheated, she was tired and upset so when I couldn't get timely service from your company, I contacted Fast Towing who quoted me $85 for the hookup and free mileage the first 5 miles with $4/mile afterward. Fast Towing stated they would have a driver present within 30-45 minutes with the driver arriving at 5:15. He was courteous and professional, the fact they are the towing service for Metro says volumes. EDC has been here for 3 years now, if you had planned accordingly, you wouldn't have lost my business. After a dreadful experience with another towing company, delay after delay and then a no show, the insurance contacted Las Vegas Towing. The driver showed up just when Danielle estimated. Danielle stay on the phone with us consistently until the driver arrived, as this was the middle of the night and the car was in a dangerous location on a freeway on ramp. Danielle was very empathetic and helpful and the driver did a great job. So, so, so wish the insurance company had contacted Las Vegas Towing first. We would have been done in an hour or so instead of the 4.5 hours it took (that includes the 3.5 hours we waited for the other company, who never showed). Thanks Danielle! read more

Came within the hour and dropping out vehicle off to a mechanic. I gave him the name of the mechanic waiting at the shop for our car, and he wrote it on the paper to just verify. I cannot stress enough what a good company this is to have called when you're stranded and worried. They not only respond quickly and promptly, AS PROMISED (imagine that), but their customer service is impeccable. Danielle, working in the middle of the night, even offered to come sit with the car so we could go get a cup of coffee. Who does that? Ironically they were called by my insurance company to come when another towing company didn't show for 3 hours. Las Vegas Towing was on time and helpful. What a great experience. Tried to get vehicle moved and as soon as they picked up the phone the lady was completely rude and had an attitude as if my call was a problem. DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY EVER!!! I waited over 2 hours for them when they said it would take 30 mins. Driver smelled like he had been drinking for the other 1hr 30mins i was waiting. After three days of heartbreak at the inability to repair our van, we called Las Vegas towing to tow the van home from where it had stalled. I immediately felt comfortable with the dispatcher (female, I cannot remember her name) and the Yelp deal REALLY helped as we had just spent a hundred dollars on parts. Josh arrived SO quickly and navigated our very large van out of a parking lot. The van was safely brought to our home and again navigated into a small parking spot.
