was told tow truck would be there between 6:00 and 6:30 when I called at 6:00 to get ETA was told they were 45 Minutes out so when I called back at 7:10 was told it was still 20 minutes out and I asked why they said I need to schedule two hours ahead of time. My car broke down in Las Vegas on a Friday night. I attempted to schedule a tow with AAA. After waiting three hours they never showed the next day. I called six Angels and they were there within one hour. They told my car to the spot I needed. They are very helpful. They even notified us when they were on route. They truly are angels. If you're from California and in Another state never try to use AAA just contact an independent get a receipt and you can have AAA reimburse it. read more

Made an appointment for 2 days out for a morning pick up. Morning of the tow and 40 minutes later still no sign of anyone, no call, text, email, nothing. Messaged company and got a fairly quick response saying the driver was late and would be on his way. Yeah I know he's late, that's why I messaged you folks, lol. Driver shows up (over an hour after the appointment time) no apologies, just a quick hand over of money and keys and he's gone minutes later. No confirmation of delivery. No receipt. Nothing. They were 10 bucks cheaper than other tow companies but the lack of communication feels sketch and the disregard for someone's time is annoying. We just broke down on the freeway and called a few companies to get a quote. 6 angels was lower at their final price than most companies were just to start heading our way before even hooking up the car. The dispatcher sent us a tow immediately and it arrived in about 30 minutes give or take. I've had the unfortunate luck of needing a few tow trucks in my lifetime and the drivers are usually exactly what you'd think, tough guys with big muscles working a rig. Imagine my suprise when this tiny delightful young lady (Sandy) jumps down from the truck and puts the car on the tow truck like she'd been doing it since she learned to walk. Seriously, it was that smooth. She had the car on the tow truck in less than 10 minutes and we were on our way to the dealership. The offload was equally smooth. If all of their drivers are of her caliber and their quotes are consistently fair, I can't imagine a better company to go with. Let me start by saying that I work night shift and I have never reached out to a company via Yelp... with that being said, hubby and I just bought a classic car to restore that unfortunately isn't road worthy yet. We had a limited amount of time to get it off of the property where it was, as the house had just been sold, and get it home. I read the reviews for 6 Angels Towing on here and Google and they were so genuinely positive that I reached out via Yelp to get a quote in the middle of the night, while I was at work. Yelp does this awesome thing where it will also send your info to other like companies so that you can get a bunch of responses/info with minimal effort on your part, if you'd like. 6 Angels Towing wrote me back right away, asked a few basic questions regarding location and vehicle details and was able to give me a fair quote on the spot. My husband and I didn't have the exact time/date setup for pickup yet but this company was flexible and worked with our schedule to find a time that was great for both of us. I received text notifications the morning of and was met on site by the nicest driver, Wlises. He loaded our new baby with care & ease, was safe on the road and even assisted with getting it pretty much all set in our driveway.
