I needed my VW Westfalia and Convertible towed a few miles away to a friend's house. Rudy kept me very up to date on his arrival time since his previous job had him coming from Pahrump. I'm a climber often taking my outback to different canyons in Red Rock. One day it was very dark by the time I drove out, and missed one of the dirt road turn off. It was too dark to back out, so I decided to turn around, and that's when I went over a huge rock and the wheel started to spin. I had to get out of there, so fortunately called my wife and got home safely, leaving the car in the dirt road for the night. I called insurance company and large tow companies, and they all said it was too far from the paved road, they can't help me. Extremely rude customer service experience at the larger tow companies. That's when I called Rudy. He picked up late at night, and we planned to meet the following morning. Amazing guy, super nice and friendly. The road was too bad for the tow truck to go in, so he carried Jack and other materials probably 100lbs for one mile to my stranded car, and got to work. Within an hour, he used all the tricks to lift the car, moved the rock, and my car was free to go. Absolute legend! When you are in a bad situation like this, you need someone like Rudy, who is nice, reliable, and resourceful. Awesome service. Called Rudy at 8 a.m. on a Sunday for a hefty job. Honestly, I was expecting to get shot down after sending pictures and the location but Rudy was up for the challenge. This ravine was tough to get to which required about 30 minutes of scouting and walking. He was well prepared for the job. In total, it took 3-hours requiring lots of creativity, ingenuity, and labor (shoveling and equipment carrying). The crazy part is that I wasn't expecting to drive my car home!
