I'm not saying a daily phone call is needed but when I am asking you to verify my email or anything that simple I do think it's common respect to reply. BBB complaint I filed-…read more I noticed that I had standing water in my kitchen that was coming through a crack in my ceiling. After doing some troubleshooting in the attic I realized that the issue was coming from the roof. I called Above and Beyond Roofing to come out and take a look since they were the ones that replaced my roof. They came out, agreed that the leak was coming from the boot and put caulk around it to stop the leak. The leak did stop. I let them know that I would be contacting a handyman to get an estimate for the repairs for the water damage. Within the next few days I called them and emailed Above and Beyond roofing with no response. After getting the estimate I called them again and was able to talk. Above and Beyond Roofing started saying that the estimate I got was ridiculous and the leak wasn't their fault. I sent them the pictures I took, detailing the leak and the steps I took while troubleshooting. No response. I called them again today and they came out but only to argue that the estimate I got was ridiculous and the leak wasn't their fault. I am only asking them to repair the damages caused by the leak by a reputable handyman and the items I had to purchase while troubleshooting (gloves to work with water and insulation, a flashlight for working in the attic, and a can of Flexseal and waterproof tape).

I read in consumer reports that the expensive gutter guards to fail in heavy rains and the less expensive ones do not. The owner confirmed the consumer report info, and was very straight forward with the product and price to install the gutters. They came out about two weeks later and I couldn't be happier. They did a thorough job at a fair price, and made the few tweaks I asked for perfectly. The owner was on-site the entire time. They were able to remove and replace my gutters, and install the guards in one day. Bonus, the owners family stopped by at lunch, we got to see them all parade up to Dad.

Our house is over 100 years old and was in need of many updates and repairs when we bought it. The…read moreold wooden single pane window frames were rotted and they would freeze over in the winter. The existing siding was that old flaky asbestos stuff they used to use. Done Right gave us a good bid on the work that we needed done. They replaced our 17 windows with double pane energy efficient ones, and put on all new siding, and man, they really did a fantastic job. Ryne, the owner was one of the nicest contractors I've ever worked with. He listens to what you want and discusses all of the details with you to ensure that everything is fully understood. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was, in fact, done right. His employees were all helpful, knowledgeable, and entirely pleasant to work with as well. They are good at what they do. These guys made our house look like a whole new house while keeping with it's original character. It's so much less drafty and far more energy efficient now. I can't say enough nice things about them. We plan to use them again in the future for other projects on the house, and we would absolutely recommend them.
