Time has passed and I thought I might be ready for a little injectable action. I'm not quite 40 yet. Soooo, although I know she's expensive (but you get what you pay for) .... HOLY SHIT! She had 4 pamphlets out: Fraxel $2,200, Thermage $2,500-3,000, restylne $1,700 and juvederm $750. I just came in for some juvederm. Are you effing kidding me? I walked out feeling like a decrepit old hag. I have never had anyone try to up sell me like that, ever. Not only is she almost double the price I got elsewhere for the thermage and fraxel, 30% more for the injectibles, which she looks like she has been administering to herself, with poor results. I was actually startled when she walked into the room. She is her own worst advertisement. I seriously believe her ability to know what is aesthetically pleasing has been compromised. Maybe something went wrong or she had a reaction but it is enough to make me run far, far away. So bottom line. She was great, heck she might still be great but the upsell and the overindulgence of fillers on her own face was just not something I could reconcile with putting my face in her hands. 10x the amount of $$ that what I wanted to go in for....

Conveniently, the price drops to $17 per unit at 13 units, which feels more like a pricing gimmick than a fair structure, especially when the work had to be corrected. Which I declined and walked out- you already screwed me once. They justify the high pricing by citing their expertise, yet after spending around $700, my fave was still moving within about six weeks. That's not the result you expect at that price point. Pretty sure they were injecting it into their own faces. Punctuality is also an issue. Expect to wait at least 10 minutes, sometimes much longe- up to an hour... For my most recent visit, I confirmed my appointment two days in advance and was told there was no one scheduled before me, yet I still waited 45 minutes past my appointment time. There are plenty of places offering better results, better transparency, and better respect for your time for far less money. I wouldn't return.

I walked into his office in physical distress and was immediately greeted by his new front desk employee, Eileen. She found a time slot to squeeze me in that was only a 20 minute wait. 20 minutes! Walking in off the street. She was kind, compassionate and on the ball in mobilizing the staff to address my acute needs. And I learned she has only been there a week! Wowzers! Secondly, the supporting staff in that office are amazing. Clara, Cynthia, and Robin were all working in a whirlwind of "busy" and none missed a beat in showing kindness and a genuine concern for everyone there. Double Wowzers! Thirdly, Riad himself. He made himself available for me on this impromptu visit and gave me as much time as I needed to share the relevant information behind my medical issue, never rushing me. I love that he is unafraid to bring faith and God into any conversation because let's face it, people, there is SO much in life greater than we can understand. Riad treated me with compassion, suggestions and 2 immediate referrals who contacted me within 1 hour after visit. The prescriptions I needed were texted me by CVS even before I left the visit.
