Everything about my experience with Laser & Wellness Center has been fantastic. I can't recommend them enough! The staff is kind and accommodating. They took time to explain the full process to me and made sure I understood that the number of treatments vary per person and per case. It's a no-pressure environment. I've been to consultations with other laser technicians in the area who were all about urgency and making a sale. That's not the case here. The space is calming and welcoming. Their prices are extremely fair compared to other laser technicians, and their equipment is top of the line. Laser hair removal has been a huge life goal of mine, and they've made achieving my goal easy, affordable, and downright pleasant. It's also worth noting that I saw dramatic reduction in hair growth after my FIRST treatment. I have already referred many people to them and will continue to. They're the best! read more

Lynne Castleberry is absolutely amazing! She has a good bedside manner too! She has done various procedures on my face and has made my skin smooth and fresh. The Cool Sculpting procedures are really fantastic as Lynne talks to you throughout the procedure and explains what it does, how long it take, the results, etc. You can use your ipad to watch a show or pick up emails on your phone and before you realize it you are finished. It's like going to visit a good friend for a couple hours and coming out looking fantastic. I love going to see Lynne and catching up on all our family events and new trends! I saw that this place had good reviews so I came in for a consultation about my scars. Ashley told me my scars aren't bad and I would only need 3 microneedling treatments for them to go away. After the third treatment before I left, I asked her what if my scars don't go away? She said oh they will , I'm so excited for the results! Send pictures! So I waited a month and a half and I didn't see any improvement at all. The scars were all there.. so I texted them the pictures and said that nothing improved.. Ashley said that's because your scars are deep and you need more treatments.. and they'll get better with more treatments.. I replied saying that's not what you told me, you said I only needed 3 treatments because my scars weren't bad, and I even asked what if they won't go away? And you were confident that they would after 3 treatments.. she obviously had nothing to say to that and never responded.. no apologizes, no further free treatments offered, no refund no nothing. I just wasted over $1000... never going back there again and never recommending anyone to go there.. if you want results, save your money and go elsewhere!! I literally go see Mindy every week. I am 44, rarely drink water and don't have a single wrinkle on my face. I have her give me a facial, microdermabrasion, chemical peel, etc. I often get mistaken for being much younger and I SWEAR it's because of Mindy. I feel bad that "Groupon Greg" didn't get to experience the wonderfulness of how amazing Mindy is. I BUY my high end clients gift certificates to go see Mindy and they end up being clients for life, like me. Vacations can and should ;-) include facials, massages, etc. Bar-none, Laser & Wellness Center Vancouver WA (LWC) has the best facials, massages, laser treatments, I've ever had! My loyalty with LWC is for it's consistency, professionalism, pricing and results. Awful. Absolutely awful customer service. I had bought a groupon and scheduled my appointment. I was stuck in traffic on my way to my 5:00 appointment and called them at 4:45pm to let them know I was running behind. I left a voicemail as nobody would answer the phone. With two accidents and multiple cars stopped on the shoulder of the 205 bridge, I made it to the laser and wellness center at 5:15. I ran in, the door to the business was locked. I called and no answer. I knocked on the door multiple times and called a few more times and no answer. Finally at 5:30, someone walks out and I confront her. She asks if I was there for a 5:00 appointment. I said yes and I had been waiting out here for 15 minutes. She said that she closes the door at 20 after. I told her I had been calling and knocking and had left a voicemail saying I would be late. She kept saying "I close the door at 20 after". Ok? Where was my phone call? Why didn't you check your messages? Where is the "I'm sorry"? I am getting my money back and I will never ever return to this place. read more

Just had the Belly Blast treatment with their "DualSculpting" non-surgical, permanent fat removal and it was phenomenal. Already lost 4 inches and it's only been one week. Lynne Castleberry's special ability to go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and the treatment is effective is awesome. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! My wife recently had an IPL treatment done by Ashley. She was told her hyperpigmentation and melasma could be easily removed with one treatment. Well, the 20 minute procedure cost $700 (at least double what other places charge)!! The results: her dark spots are now WORSE! The owner's reply to our request to remedy this is to wait longer; then the owner simply stopped replying. This is very poor business practice and comes off as greedy. While this wellness center has positive reviews for simple treatments like facials, there are only negative reviews for more advanced treatments. Our experience is negative 5 stars. You have been warned! There are many other options for skin care care in the area; any of them would be better than this place. read more

I can not sing Laser & Wellness Center's praises enough!! Ashley has been my esthetician here for the last few years and the transformation she has given me is amazing!! I have had Accent treatments to tighten and firm the skin, IPL laser to eliminate sun/age spots, Pixel RF to resurface the skin and get rid of fine lines and wrinkles and DermaSweep facials as a monthly upkeep to my new face and these treatments have taken years off my face!!! I have also had cool sculpting to reduce the fat in the midsection that never seems to disappear as you get older, no matter how much you eat right and exercise. After the fat reduction from cool sculpting, I had a series of Pixel RF and Accent treatments to tighten my abdominal skin and get rid of my stretch marks from having four kids. Love Ashley and Lynne both. Ashley is a beautiful healer. Her room and bed are extremely relaxing. I always get a 90 minute with Reiki and she uses hot stones too. I have had numerous massages over the years by therapists at all ranges of experience and she is hands down the best. I came in one time and could barely walk because of back pain. I literally was hunched over and my husband had to walk me in. After my service I felt so much better and could walk upright on the way out. Super affordable and well worth it. The facial itself is wonderful :) The aesthetician is very knowledgable and sweet. However, if you are a Groupon user, you will wait at least 6 weeks for an appointment b/c they only only schedule a certain amount of Grouponers each week. I think that's way too long so I ended up getting my money back from Groupon and finding someone new. I set up an on line appointment with Mindy for the 90minute Groupon facial. I got a phone call 25 minutes before my appointment asking if I could reschedule because apparently Ashley was the only person who did the Groupon facials. After I said there was no mention of that fact in the offer I was told to come in anyway and she would make it work. The facial itself seemed rushed, not slow and relaxing. And it was over in less than an hour, not the 90 minutes as advertised. It seemed like I was being squeezed in last minute. I will not return. read more

Just had an AMAZING European facial by Ashley at Laser & Wellness Center. The atmosphere of their Center is gorgeous. The ambiance is serene and relaxing. What I loved was the complete treatment. Ashley has a gentle, consistent touch and pressure. She is thorough and thoughtful. With her massage background, I highly recommend you give her a try. She massages my feet, arms (which is so wonderful after working on a computer for 40 hours a week). The products she uses are superb. I did not feel any residue or sticky feeling after the facial. She even gave me some free samples to take home and try. I asked for her suggestions on what steps I should take to improve my skin (I grew up S. California - sunbathed with baby oil, no sunscreen) and she recommended IPL/Pixel. So, my next treatment will be another facial, then IPL and Pixel. I'll post the results from that after completed.
