I'm not sure if I hit her at a bad time, but my facial was super quick and very little hands on. I've had great facials before and was looking forward to this experience. I was in and out faster than the times listed for the service. She was on her phone during part of the appointment. It was a disappointing experience-especially for the money spent. My acne decided to over take my face and as an adult with acne, I was getting overwhelmed. I saw Phaysone skincare and gave her a shot. Upon seeing her, she knew immediately what I was going thru. She did her magic; did my facial and extractions. I'm going to be honest, the extraction part can get a little uncomfortable, but tolerable. Unacceptable behavior on part of the Salon staff to stick that on my vehicle. I'm disabled and live my life in 100 percent pain, now I have to spend my time removing this sticker. They should be ashamed of themselves, harassing a disabled person this way.

The lovely girl that did my brows did a wonderful job and made my wonky uneven brows actually resemble something nice that I can work with..I've had some terrible experiences in the past and I was thrilled with my results, especially sine this was my first visit and she did well. Usually it takes people a while to get to know your brows a bit. All that being said...The place is nice and simple, clean, friendly and I opted for the unlimited package for 3 months for $50 - My brows don't grow as fast as my nails and whatnot so I will see if this is the best deal for me over time. I've paid $20 for a brow threading before with next to crappy results so this is totally worth a try. Happy to have found this place!

Tara left them paper thin and uneven. One eyebrow was thinner than the other and she completely removed all of her eyebrow hair. Leaving her with what she didn't ask for. My poor sister still paid and even tipped. Me and my mom told her she shouldn't have even paid for what was done to her. Now she'll have to wait a few months for her eyebrows to grow back. Tara had the audacity to tell my sister to "go home and put product in them to even them out" when she had never used product before because she had naturally well shaped eyebrows. If I had went with my sister I wouldn't have let her pay for how she left her eyebrows. Never going there. And never letting my sister go back. The only reason you should go there is if you want your eyebrows gone!

Spring for the 90 minutes and your neck and shoulder tension from the last year of stressful desk work will feel so much better. I have been having migraines lately and the neck massage released so more tension than I knew I had. Jermaine is also the only masseuse I've had that massages my face. Jaw tension is no joke and with how stressed out everyone is, you might be carrying it in your face too. These massages are worth working in to a weekend visit. It's also great if you want someone to give you bad advice that you didn't ask for about your children's healthcare. The hormone treatment I received made my hair fall out and I started to grow a mustache. I found out later that the bloodwork wasn't taken at the right time in my cycle, and so it makes me wonder if I really even needed that treatment or if these people really know what they are doing Please consider going elsewhere to find more competent and professional care.
