I just wanted to say I had a great experience with Laser Imaging. My Richo MPC401 was giving an error beyond my expertise to fix. After doing a lot of Googling about the error it was recommended to contact a printer repair group. After calling several companies Laser Imaging gave me a reasonable per hour rate and they sounded very competent over the phone. Their on site tech Stephen was great. He had several years of hands on printer repair experience and was very competent in the repair. After a quick assessment he was able to give me a very accurate assessment of replacement part costs. A few days later the parts were in and Stephen came out to replace them an test the machine. All was well and he was in and out within an hour. read more
