Miraculous. Laser Loft changed my life in the best way possible. It takes me a while to warm up and trust that things are going to work out with services. But it's an absolute miracle I found this awesome women-owned business. I went in originally for facial. They solved my problematic skin that had freaked out when I moved to a new climate. Spots everywhere. Then they talked to me about laser. I had wasted hundreds/thousands of dollars at other places with little to no results so just assumed it didn't work for me. I also have a hormone disorder that makes my hair thick and stubborn. I learned about how many places don't have this type of laser and therefore do not give the same results. So I tried it first on a small area. Had AMAZING results! Next thing I know I'm lasering everything and I couldn't be happier! Now I just need touch ups once in a blue moon. Worth every penny! The staff is always so kind and welcoming. I have a lot of questions and they were always patient with me. I can't recommend them enough. Also, try their house made skin care! The Aquarius Hylauronic serum has really helped my skin feel more plump and moisturized (hiding fine lines). I use it daily under my spf and lotion. Plus the CDB green tea facial mist is super invigorating. Absolute miracle what they were able to accomplish with my problematic skin! Now I feel more confident than ever. I purchased the laser hair removal off groupon and I live about 30 minutes away, but I am so glad I gave them try. I will drive the distance for great care and customer service. These ladies where so wonderful in educating me in they types of lasers and what would work best for my skin tone. I did my research prior to coming and finding out what worked best for darker skin tones but the fact that they listed this on their website made me feel even more welcomed. They offer a range of services from facials, to chemical peels which I plan to try. For now I only did laser hair removal which was painless and effective, I recommend that 10/10 over waxing any day It's safe to say that my experience here was nothing short of Amazing! read more

Lasers have this really great cold air thing now so it doesn't feel like a thousand rubber bands are being slammed against your skin! These guys are really nice but there is a really hard sell for buying their 'plan'. Also, I'm not sure if I need to go over the same area every four weeks? I'm spacing them out to about six weeks apart and won't need to go all 12 times. I can hit those growth cycles that are heavier than others. read more

I went to laser loft for a chemical peel to reset my skin after moving to Texas and having acne flair ups. Kyndl was amazing! The entire ambiance was so relaxing and I appreciate that Kyndl walked me through each step of the facial. I also loved that she made sure to check in on my comfort level during the peel. Laser loft is a great example of customer service and going to all measures to satisfy the customer. I had some not so great experiences at a very "prestigious" Med spa where I was over charged without results. So I did my research before committing to a new one. Laser loft is a cozy spot and the staff is so kind and caring. They are not going to choose a contract or policy over you, your convenience or comfort. I find that being so helpful after my previous experiences. They truly have made me feel so at ease with committing to a membership as they are so flexible based on my needs and schedule. I have been seeing Macy since she was working at another laser studio in Keller. I currently live on the southside of FW and drive the 45 minutes to see her BECAUSE SHE IS THE BEST. These ladies care and want you to leave happy and feeling your prettiest/sexiest/best. I'm two years into my laser treatments with Macy and am now going periodically for touch-ups. I need to start going for facials and other skincare services. They have top grade lasers and are always making sure you are at 100% comfort. The girls don't push products on you like other studios. I first purchased a groupon in April 2019 for laser hair removal. I had it done before in 2016 at a different spa with some results but decided to try Laser Loft. I was doing upper lip every 6-8 weeks. I was initially told it would take 6-8 sessions to be hair free. They explained the light hairs wouldn't go away but the dark ones would. After a few months I expressed concern that the hair seemed darker, thicker and growing quicker. They talked to me about doing a six session membership contract and that for sure after that I would be hair free and could just move to touch ups 2-3 times a year. January 2020 I told them that it still seemed worse. Then in March I cancelled due to COVID 19. They closed a week later and when I tried calling them no one answered. They charged me March, April, and May. They are now opened and I called to explain to them that the hair growth an quantity is the same and the manager informed me that it can takes years of coming in every 6-8 weeks for it to go away and that everyone knows that fact. She continuted to interrupt me and said that all her other clients are happy to keep coming back and refused to issue me a refund for April and March. They said I could have still came in early March even though COVID was already in Denton with high numbers just because they had not been mandated to close. She continued to interrupt me and denied every telling me laser would work in 6-10 sessions. I, unfortunately but understandly became irrate and she told me she refuses to speak to me if I can't be nice and that I can relate anything else to her attorney and hung up. I would have taken the credits and had another procedure done but they were so rude and refuse to admit fault. I do not recommend you go here at all. I now have to wax my upper lip every 3 days and lost $500 plus all the paid services that did not work. I was made known that I had to email to cancel 30 days in advance but with everything closed I thought I could call and speak to them once they reopened. I do not know of a place that would knowingly provide services that did not work and then refuse to issue a refund at the least for the months they did not provide their service. Their website claims "you will most likely be at Laser Loft for about a year before you are hair free". But they do not say hair free for 6-8 weeks until you have to come back again. read more
