She not only squeezed me in with less than 24 hrs notice even though we'd never met but she was so sweet and cut and colored my hair with expedience and masterful skill. I scheduled an appointment with Bre, and she immediately took the time to understand my vision. She asked thoughtful questions to make sure we were on the same page, which I really appreciated. The color turned out exactly how I wanted it, even though I came in with a lot of ideas and suggestions. She also did a fantastic job with my haircut. I wanted a V-cut with layers that would remove some weight from my hair while maintaining length, and she delivered exactly that. The biggest downside is the cost. This salon is definitely on the expensive side, and there seems to be an additional charge for almost every service. I ended up spending over $500 during my visit. While the results were amazing and Bre was worth every penny, it's difficult for me to justify that expense on a regular basis. Realistically, I could probably only afford to come back once or twice a year for touch-ups. That being said, if the pricing fits within your budget, I highly recommend giving them a try. The quality of service and results are excellent. My first experience at the salon was less impressive--I only got a haircut with a Level 1 stylist, and it wasn't cut or layered the way I had requested. We were really placed in a bad spot. The girl that "did" my hair spent less than 5 minutes with me and charged me $60. I had to stop on the way back to the hotel and buy hair products so I could wash and do my own hair. Overall, the worst salon experience I have ever had in my life. I honestly think they should refund my money and pay for the products I had to go buy.

Kristin took great care of me and brought life back into my hair, I have a newfound sense of confidence in my appearance, and I felt like she intuitively knew what I needed after a quick consult. The staff is very nice and the place is being renovated. The price was higher than expected, but I was happy to pay it for a good service. My eyebrows are in tact, however I have burns under them that were painful and are now scabbing. I came in here trying to better my appearance but left feeling insecure. When I called to let them know, I got nothing more than an "Aw I'm sorry, put aloe on it". I was expecting a refund; this isn't like a restaurant getting your food wrong,I was hurt. I'm a college student so the 17$ including tip was a lot for me to pay when it's typical 10$ for threading.
