My hairstylist recommended laser touch MD. When I walked in, I was very surprised as this is a spa environment. I felt a sense of ease and relaxation. The staff is also very friendly and attentive. I asked if there are any deals on the injectables and was informed immediately that first time visits have a discount as well as have periodic specials on services which is great. Three is a full time RN that is really good with the injectables as well as a laser specialist and great Aesthetician. I recommend this place for all services offered. Second, certified and you'll will understand the science behind what you are getting done. They will tell you what can and can not be done. Third, DO NOT watch videos. I was expecting the worst, however if you follow the recommendations (time in cycle, numbing cream, and Tylenol), you will feel nothing. The only time it got "spicy" is in one spot, when I accidentally didn't cover my own skin in the numbing cream - that was on me and it didn't really hurt. They do everything by the book. Fourth, results. I went in for two treatments and followed up with a third one the next week. Three weeks later I'm already seeing results and where the service is going. Sadly I'm moving away and will have to find another company to finish the business. Laser hair removal is worth it. The upfront cost may be a little high, but the long-lasting results make up for it. I can't even tell you how much I spent on razors, shaving creams, lotions and more. I am a fan of the hairless creature club! I'll be ready for next summer ...

Trang consulted and then provided the service for which I am thrilled with the results. Trang is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled as I experienced little to no pain with each procedure (though with others in the past, I have experienced pain during those same procedures). Her touch is impeccable and her skill, evidenced by my results, is unmatched. During my visit, I had the honor of meeting the woman who created Voxy, her name is Adrienne and she came in to both analyze my complex situation and to welcome me to her practice. I booked a last minute appointment for lashes. When I…read morearrived and laid down she started taping my eyes for the lashes. I've had lashes many times and had them for six months straight. I've never had the issues I had. My right eye started hurting and she said my eyes are red then asked if I was HIGH. I said no and she continued to work. The pain got worse and worse. After THREE HOURS of telling her it hurts and her telling me it was just the chemicals and my eyes kept opening I finally told her she had to stop. I sat there for a while and she asked if could pay her via cashapp. The lashes weren't even done and my eye was in pain. I paid $200 and ended up having to go to the hospital where they said something had scraped my eye. I now have paid $700 for a hospital visit, half done eyelashes, and prescriptions. DO NOT GO HERE.

They canceled my appointments three times, and when I finally asked to receive a refund they refused. Extremely unprofessional. DETAILS: Their only working esthetician was out on maternity leave so I had to wait two months to continue my laser hair removal treatments (paid for 16, only received 3). Before I purchased, they assured me someone else would be there to cover in her absence, but that was a lie. However, I was patient and waited. They then called again to cancel my appointment because she was exposed to COVID-19, so once again, I had to wait because they had no one else to cover for her. I also said nothing at this time. Finally, they then called AGAIN to cancel my appointment due to "issues with the laser" and it had to be sent in for "maintenance". It was also pointed out that this was not the first time the laser stopped working properly. At this point, I asked for a refund. The manager called me back, and only after I explained that I would like a refund did I get my first lackluster apology. I asked her to send me paperwork where I signed that said there are "No Refunds", because this entire situation was not in any way my fault at all. I never heard back from her and now the phone number goes straight to voicemail. PLEASE NOTE: I was getting laser hair removal on my face due to hormonal changes of child birth, BEFORE getting any treatments at Eclat Day Spa. So I know what to expect and how well it works for me. I had no issues, was seeing less and less hair, and was really happy with the results I was seeing at my previous laser hair removal spa. Unfortunately, after my move to Arkansas, I chose Eclat Day Spa to continue my treatments. I cannot express what a horrible choice this was. Not only did I see ZERO changes in my hair growth, I am now back at square one because my treatment was never finished and hair is now growing back EVEN MORE than when I first started. The manager mentioned this might be due to the issues the laser was having WHILE doing laser on my face. Extremely disheartening and so much time and money wasted. If anyone else has had similar issues please feel free to contact me.

This was one of the worst salon experiences I have ever had…read more Before my appointment even began, I clearly communicated that I wanted bangs and showed a reference photo. I specifically said that I know bangs are tricky and that if the stylist was not comfortable, I did not want her to do them. She assured me she could. She could not. She cut my bangs far too thick and far too wide--essentially from ear to ear--and then, in what felt like a panic, over-thinned them trying to fix it. The result is uneven, stringy, misaligned sections with different lengths, and hair that now starts much farther back on my head than it ever should. This is not a minor mistake--it fundamentally altered the structure of my haircut in a way that cannot be quickly corrected. To make matters worse, she was late to my appointment, and there was no acknowledgment or remedy offered for that. The lack of professionalism continued when I raised concerns. I was told, "it's not a big deal, it will grow," which is incredibly dismissive considering I have multiple family events and travel coming up, including a professional photoshoot. When I spoke to the owner, the response was, "what do you want me to do about it?" There was no accountability, no attempt to meaningfully fix the situation, and no care for how this impacts me beyond the salon chair. While I was not charged for the haircut itself, I still paid $80 for color--and that is the least of what this has cost me. This experience has cost me confidence, comfort, and peace of mind during important family moments that I cannot redo. This was never about saving $20 on a haircut. I paid far more than that in the aftermath of this experience. Mistakes can happen. But poor skill combined with dismissiveness, lack of accountability, and unprofessional handling is unacceptable. I would not recommend this salon to anyone, especially for precision services like bangs.

Before coming in, I checked the website, which listed a regular fill as $20. I asked for a basic fill and got the same type of service I've always had. Nothing was explained to me as being different or upgraded. When I went to check out, I was charged $40. When I questioned the price, I was told it was because of "powder," which was never discussed during the service and is what I've always had on my nails. Later, when I called for clarification, I was told the price difference was actually because the online prices haven't been updated -- which directly contradicts what I was told in the salon. During the service, I also had to ask the technician multiple times to file underneath my nails. My natural nails are yellow, broken, and in poor condition, and I specifically asked for them to be cleaned properly. The technician became visibly annoyed, sighed, rushed the service, and still did not do it correctly. I left feeling uncomfortable and unhappy with both the service and the lack of transparency. I've attached photos so others can see the condition my nails were left in. Between the unprofessional attitude, inconsistent pricing, and poor communication, I won't be returning.

Fast forward three weeks and my mom is visiting from Arizona and complained about her toes being bothersome, and she appears to have the same issue. Jimmie is fixing her up and she will see a podiatrist in Arizona when she gets back. Once she is healthy she can find a reputable technician for long term care. I won't see another technician ever again!

My cuticles have been burning ever since. Because I live so far away, returning to have them fixed isn't realistic. For $73, I expected better quality and attention to detail. While the staff was friendly, I was disappointed with the final result and would not return in the future.

I didn't like that bait and switch. It should have been communicated that Karen wasn't available. I was very uncomfortable during the 11/2 hr pedicure. The way it's set up just is odd. The bowl kept slipping so I was trying to hold it so it didn't slip which hurt my legs. The opposite of what a relaxing spa experience should have been. I had two toe nails that were broke so to keep my nails even she left them completely uneven. No communication at all. She should have said since your 2 nails broke do you want me to cut the others down to make these 2 straight or keep them long and these 2 will be crooked. But she didn't speak at all. At all. I asked her to do a 3rd coat since it was streaky. She needed it to dry before putting on a topcoat. At that time my pedicure was over 90 mins already and I had an appt after my services, so I suggested that we start my manicure and then put the top coat on after my manicure. She said no she couldn't do that. No discussion just no. So I skipped the top coat. Definitely just get cozy not cozier or coziest. The towel was cold in a few minutes but she was gone for the 5 mins it was on and the massage was too soft. I decided to just get a cozy manicure. My manicure turned out ok but no scrub nolotion at all. That just seems weird. I was there for 2 1/2 hrs but would have been there for 3 if I didn't downgrade. All for an uncomfortable, subpar service. Not again. Oh and it was Valentine's Day week and not one person came in or called the entire time I was there. Odd. Or maybe not so odd after my experience.
