We took my son and his buddies for his 10th birthday this Sunday for two hours. It was great, even I got into the action. All the kids were excited from start to finish. My 14 year old daughter also played and enjoyed it so much she wants to work there when she's able to work. It's nice to see that all of the staff were professional and they got to play with us when needed. Dave was professional from the planning to giving the kids the best experience for a birthday. ***NO LONGER OPERATING IN CENTRAL CA*** Despite all the glowing reviews and the good experience we had with this company in the past, they get one star for not maintaining their advertising of activities in the Bay Area and failing to note that they have ceased operating in central California. I tried booking them for a kids party at the facility in Morgan Hill, CA and after three attempts, I get an email back from Chris Masi that says they are no longer operating out of Morgan Hill. So I email back and contact the website saying I would be happy to try the sight in Saratoga that is still being advertised or any other facility in the bay area. It took another three days for them to return my request before Chris Masi again replied that now they no longer operate in central California anymore. Guy's, at least put a note on your website that you have relocated. read more

This place gets ZERO STARS!! I was trying to get in touch with an actual "live" person for several days leaving both voicemails and emails without a single response to either one. I also had my children's father try to get in touch with them as well and he actually got a response via email stating that an event planner would be in touch with him soon...that never happened!! I then decided to go to the address listed on Cochrane Road in Morgan Hill, however no such address exists! I am convinced that all of the great 5 star reviews listed previously are written by the owners friends and family, not by actual customers. Either way, I feel totally misled by their website and yelp reviews and would love to speak with the owner Dave if he would actually call me back!!!! read more

My 11-year-old son's birthday party at Laser Recon last weekend was a blast! The boys and the dads can't stop talking about it. Dave and crew had it all set up and ready to go by the time we got to the location. The equipment was top notch and the missions were fun and required team-work, strategizing and a lot of endurance. My youngest son wanted to have his party here too, so he had his 8th birthday party here in August. Dave and his crew made it fun for all the kids as well as adults! My son had his 10 year old birthday and we are more than satisfied with the party he had. Dave and his crew made everything so easy! They are always checking on the kids by making sure everyone is having fun, They take the time to explain how everything works, they motivate them to play and organize these amazing games which kids loved. Neither my kids nor his friends wanted the party to end! Even my 8 year old daugther played as well as my 5 year old son and had a BLAST!
