First time here, A++. The interior arcade area has lots of sit-down, large screen arcade games, air hockey table, etc. Laser Maze and Laser Tag are also indoor. Our fam of 3 adults and 4 kids ages 4-12 had a blast with both. The 2nd youngest is ninja-trained and got the high score of the day in the Laser Maze. The 2nd oldest proved to be the best sniper in the Laser Tag arena. Well laid out, well run. Outdoor has two mini golf courses, looks amazing but was light rain and we decided not to try it. However, we did do the Go Karts and was a blast. They are gas-powered outdoor machines, with a governor set to 15mph max speed. Am fairly experienced and was able to run max on a wet track, except for the hairpins where I was able to get a little drifting but no spinouts possible with the equipment they provide. Very safe, easy track, beginner stuff. 12 year old had her own Kart, rest of us took kiddos riding shotgun in the 2-seat models. Did not try their food and beverages but pizza, soft drinks and beer avail. Had a separate room avail for parties and such. Everyone had fun, didn't break the bank. Will be back. read more

Family fun time made easy when we go here. My girls love the games, the laser tag and the favorite of the whole family, even us adults is the Go-carts. They have great packages for birthday parties as well which makes it easy on mom and dad Fun for the whole family. Yummy food also. Can't beat it. read more

My family and I came here for miniature golf. It was fun. Most places we've gone to starts easy then gets harder with each hole. These were kinda random. My kids had a good time. Other activities included go karts, laser tag, axe throwing among other things. The arcade was really small. read more

This place was terrible my wife spent $320, we got an upstairs room with disabled adults and young toddlers in our party that had unfinished floors and a leaky roof for an hour and a half, they doubled booked our room so at and hour and 15 minutes we were being rushed to get out because the other party showed up, my daughter observed a staff member use the restroom and leave without washing her hands, no one cleaned our room before they let the next party set up. My daughter twister her ankle on the unfinished floors with no caution signs or tape and is now experiencing pain walking. 0 out of 10 would not recommend as far as service and safety goes. In addition the pizza was extremely hard and difficult to chew and was not made to order we requested no sauce on half of one due to medical issues and light sauce on our combo but neither request was met. read more

To Management: Hire staff that will work without making you feel like the customer is a inconvenience. We down to Redding to do some shopping and have fun with the kids. Facility was great! Staff was worthless. Each employee was on their phones the entire time, never smiled once, and acted as if we were interrupting their day. I don't think we will be giving this place another chance. This place could be 4 stars if the Kids working it knew a little about smiling and service . I've been twice with kids and family who came into town . One young man was very fun with girls on the boats but the rest not even hello , welcome, or have a great time! I sure hope this helps maybe invest in teaching customer service and working with the public . For the price , I'm disappointed. It's difficult to find a really good mini golf spot these days. This is one that seems to be getting close to that "sweet spot." I went there last Monday night. They have re-grassed one of their courses, and are working on the next. Very nice course. I look forward to going back. A really nice place - it has a lot of great potential. read more

We loved this place. Putt putt was good, laser tag was good, carts were good. The stunningly beautiful gal at the front counter keeps everything working smoothly, the skinny guys are super good with customer service. Bonus: You can tell the owner hand picked a ton of the outside rocks by the putt putt. Seriously, when you putt there, check out some of those gems. It looks like a personal rock collection was scattered on top of the normal fill rocks. read more

I've often stopped at Oasis Fun Center to stretch out my legs on long drives home from weekend destinations in Oregon because its freeway-side location is perfect for that. And the two courses are pretty good overall, so I will continue to go back. For the mini-golf enthusiast, however, I only conditionally recommend the Oasis because some of the putting surfaces are dodgy. Deferred maintenance is not necessarily to blame. It's the flawed course design. The turf on several holes is rippled due to loose layout and/or snagged because of its usually high pile. This kinda turf might be just fine in your backyard patio or wheelchair ramp at home, but for an outdoor mini-golf course in a climate like this, it's made to degrade unevenly. This ruins the fun for many putt-putters, but I just face it as a challenge. The best thing about Oasis' courses are the many challenging water features which include narrow crossings or exposed pond banks. Even a championship-level mini-golfer will get his ball wet a couple times or more here. And if you play the course in winter or spring, there are a couple holes where there will be muddy water on the putting surface itself. Again, this is due to poor design. Drainage is bad in the southwest corner of their lot, and of course, that high-pile turf takes longer to dry. For being right next to a freeway, road noise is not terribly menacing like it is at the Scandia Fun Centers of Sacramento and Fairfield. It helps that Oasis is a little ways up a hill off of a frontage road. The teenaged staff is rather unmotivated, so it can take a few extra minutes to get their attention. That's understandable when they're being distracted by tons of screaming little kids in the arcade area, but during my last visit, I was being ignored at the counter for no less than three minutes while the clerk played with her smartphone. On the upside, this level of staff apathy always makes it easy to play both courses or replay either to your heart's content. It's pretty reasonably priced anyway. Gotta love that old sign! The kids had fun.... When they could finally get into the games. Had a scheduled birthday party and there were only 2 employees. One ran games, doing the best he could but thev other employee couldn't leave her station from behind the counter. Which meant that there were 30+ minute waits for our birthday party kids to get into any of the games. Oh, and the older employee with short blonde hair is CRANKY. Definitely won't pay the hefty price of visiting here again. read more

This place had everything we wanted for some good family fun. We raced go carts, played mini golf, laser tag and arcade games. We bought the 4 pack, it didn't include the new escape room. The arcade is small so when a birthday party came in it got crammed quick. We got there when it opened @10 and it didn't get busy until noon. We were able to pack whack-a-mole, air hockey, racing, claw and basketball. All our favorites. Small but enough. We will absolutely be going back! you think with all the business and money they make they can remodel. Looks bummy inside with all outdated games/rides. everything in their is so expensive, way over priced for what youre getting. you think for being the only arcade place in redding it would be way better, especially with all their business they recieve. ALSO the last time i tried going at 9 p.m they were already closed when their suppose to be open way later so please stick to your hours or change them. please make some actual updates because it is not worth spending any money there. read more

The center wasn't that busy but I found it nearly impossible to find help when I needed it for things like refills and getting supplies like plates and forks for the cake and pizza. It was frustrating to have to constantly have to search for someone instead of being able to enjoy my sisters party with her.
