The location is decent and decorated cute, a very fun atmosphere. Caitlin working was very kind and explained the process with me. However, that's where my enjoyment ended. I was hopeful to get a small tattoo removed for a decent price as I was quoted in another city. Once Caitlin explains what happens, if the finance guy isn't in the office, they'll set you in a room to wait for his phone call. I was quoted $750 for 10 treatments spaced 6-8 weeks apart. I have previously been told I would only need maybe 5 treatments at most. I asked about payment plans and was offered CareCredit. After going through that process, I informed him that I would need to discuss with my husband before moving forward. He was quite pushy about me contacting my husband while he was at work and wanted me to say yes right away because "the offer wouldn't last." Very financially predatory. Overall, Caitlin was super sweet and I have no doubt she's good at her job, but the process itself left a bad taste in my mouth.

Well it is a problem for some reason to reschedule. Either she is off that day or can't fit me in anywhere else. How hard can it be to fit in a 5 minute appointment. Krysta spends about 5 minutes or less with me to work on my chin. I would say maybe 10 minutes with the time spent to pay for the session and reschedule. But Krysta can't find a few minutes to work me in. That is poor customer service and does not make anyone want to return to your clinic.

She said up front how long my treatments will take and how many times I need to return. Sometimes it takes a lot and I appreciate how honest she is! Second, she has very up to date equipment. Her new laser creates a vacuum before zapping you and that hurts less. It also takes way less time. Third, I was apprehensive since I'm trans. Shouldn't have been. She's absolutely awesome and knows exactly how to make me feel at ease. (trans girls - look no further!) And last, she's very good at what she does. I get a sense that there is more to this laser/electrolysis than just pointing a wand and pressing a button. Deb is excellent in choosing the right tool and the right setting.
