While I get that he might've had a busy day, it didn't really feel like he was fully listening to my concerns, which was quite disappointing given the money I have to spend out of pocket towards my deductible ($100+ for what was a ~5-10 min appointment). All appointments have been on time and Dr. Ecker has explained everything to me in great detail and makes sure I understand all of it. He also has a good sense of humor and makes the patient comfortable. He does not offer the most expensive type of care there is. He is very good at making sure you can get his medicines easily and efficiently, even if he tells you to go to a retail store and buy off the shelf. I highly recommend Dr. Ecker and Sage Dermotology for all your skin care needs!

But of course, it was less than 24hours so I was told they would charge me 50%. So I asked if she preferred I come in sick and expose her staff. She said it was policy. And there was no changing policy. Fine. I angrily hung up but called back less than ten minutes later and said I would come in. She said no. That she had already cancelled my appointment. I repeatedly asked for my appointment back but she refused. And when I checked my credit card. They had charged me $89. But my services were supposed to be $149. And half of $149 is not $89. Check the math. So I then texted them and said that I had a gift card and they should credit my credit card for the $89 and I gave them the number from my gift card to charge my $75.50 cancellation to. And they will not respond. So I guess I will just buy their products on-line because I will never enter their spa. Hope their products are better than their customer service.
