If you value even a minute of your time, you should absolutely avoid this place. I have an 8 AM Appointment. Somehow they open late at 8:05 AM and I don't get seen till 8:45 AM. I mean how is that even possible? I am the first freaking appointment. The doctors here are solid. They may go quickly, make a few mistakes. But hey what can you say? They are sure as heck better than the absolutely awful front desk staff. I mean I can honestly say that this staff was hired off back pages or something. They are truly the worst. I come in for my first appointment. I called the day before to confirm and gave my insurance. I specifically asked if an emailed copy of my insurance card was ok & they said, "YES". Someone, please tell me when I get there how they demand a physical copy lol. They set me a follow-up appointment, but did not even do it! I come in the following 2 weeks later for the appointment and I am not even scheduled. She's like no, you don't have an appointment. I show her the CARD SHE MADE FOR MY APPOINTMENT. She promptly makes me a new one and I am seen 1.5 hours later than my appointment time. Dude, I can't even make this up, they're so bad. Secondly, I am prescribed an RX. Cool, I ask them to send the Rx to the CVS literally 3 min drive away. Mircacoulosy, CVS NEVER GETS MY RX! So I call back, am on hold for 25 minutes where I am then hung up on. So hey, I call back again. She says we will send over the new RX. But it'll take 3 days... COOL AT LEAST I WON'T BE HUNG UP ON AGAIN! I go in for another apt, I mean dude c',mon. THEY MISTAKENLY FORGET TO TAKE ALL BLOOD SAMPLES. THEY MAKE ME COME IN A WHOLE ANOTHER TIME TO TAKE 2 FREAKING VILES OF BLOOD. They are incompetent to say the least & please like I said, If you value your time. Avoid this place at all costs.

Well, this just continues to go downhill. *1st appointment…read more(12/30/25), so excited/nervous, after searching and debating for over a year, but I did it. I was so excited to see that I had brows again. Walked out very pleased. *2nd appointment-follow up (1/27/26) I had a bald spot on the left brow, Ana did her thing and away I went. *3rd appointment (3/5/26) Back in again, I was under the impression after the follow up all would be wonderful. After healing (again) it doesn't look like the touch up from the 2nd appointment was even done. Not at all blended like the right brow. Another touch up to that area on the left...but she was rough on me this time. My brow area hurt for about 3 days and after healing is a lot darker than the right brow. I waited longer this time to see the outcome from this one. *4th appointment (5/12/26) Same brow, same bald spot, I am truly disappointed and angry that I have to travel all the way up there for something that should have been done right after the follow up. Michelle returned my call, made the appointment and told me there wouldn't be a charge ($320.00) per Ana. A Charge! If it was done right the first time and a check at follow up, I wouldn't be here a 4th time. At the appointment, it felt like she couldn't wait to get me out of there. She addressed the issue and I also told her my brows didn't match and the left was further away from the nose. She measured center nose said they were fine (felt like she was questioning me), but I wanted a few strokes to even them out. They still don't look the same- they both look okay, but not the same. I will be curious to see how they look in a week or two. After dropping $620.00 plus a tip after the first session, I am $700.00 into something that is totally disappointing. I almost got them tattooed instead of microblading. Guess I picked wrong. I never got a bad tattoo-always perfect and cost a lot less. This is an art; a passion and people wear this on their face every day. I will NEVER return to Ana Square, I will not recommend her and look forward to finding someone else to do my touchups in the future. If she does 3 brow appointments a day (just brows, not including her other services) she grosses approximately $1,860.00 a day/$37,200.00 a month. Insane amount of money for a piss poor job. I will post my final pictures after they are totally healed...promised.

She always sports a bold "Chanel Red" lip, and she looks amazing. Her style and lip color is something I strive to mimic, however, I had avoided my favorite bold lip colors because with age, my lips had sprouted lines all around them and a pucker was not attractive; lipstick would not stay within the lines and I looked like an early Halloween vampire. Skin Sational has Dr Tracy Provenghi as the lead and she is indeed a rock star. She has a great eye and recommends a treatment according to what you tell her is your concern. I told her I did not want big, puffy lips, just no lines around the mouth. She recommended Jeuverderm Velour (this stuff last about a year so you are getting your money's worth) plus a tiny bit of Botox to relax the muscles (lasts about 3 months). The technician is an RN, and very well skilled in this art. I also had som reversed parentheses down by my chin- she addressed these as well. So I will see the full results in about a week or so but so far I am thrilled. I still look like me (one of my fears of fillers and Botox) and the change is so slight that is completely natural! I am so happy I took this step for me...hahah and ever poor soul that has to look at my face ;) No that I have seen that this looks so natural, I do want to address the "railroad tracks" between my eyebrows. They have fantastic hours that are super convenient!
