I had 2 little kids and other commitments later that day that had to be cancelled. Unfortunately, I didn't have any other day available to reschedule, but the receptionist wasn't helpful at predicting time to be seen either. The people behind and in front of me were getting irritated too since there was a major delay. The receptionist said this wait time is "normal". At any other reputable center I've ever been, this is NOT normal or Ok. Not a 2 hour wait. Horrible experience and they were not friendly or even apologized about the delay. I don't recommend any place that doesn't value others time, its disrespectful and unreliable, makes me wonder about their practice in general.

I'm a PA myself and agreed, I would have referred my child to a specialist if she was my patient because the problem could possibly be a melanoma. When setting the appointment I was reassured that I was seeing the pediatric Dermatologist Dr. Simpson. When I arrived at the office after a month of waiting and after taking a day off work, I learned that someone decided to switch my child to be seen by a Mid level practitioner and I could no longer see Dr. Simpson because my child's case was not critical enough (this without seeing a potential melanoma on my child's foot). So basically I was expected to pay a specialist copayment for service for someone with less training than the Pediatric Dermatologist and the actual pediatrician who sent me. What??!!! I could understand if it was a simple skin infection, but this was something unusual and meant for a specialist! There was no apology's for one, and my appointment was rescheduled a month out again to no fault of my own, forcing my child to wait even longer. I Even offered to see the mid-level practitioner as long as the doctor walked in to see my child's condition during the visit and was turned down. I ended up rescheduling with a different specialist at different clinic . Bottom line, a specialist means that the provider has had additional, specialized and advanced education beyond medical school to treat unusual and rare conditions. It was unfair to prolong my child's care and expect me to pay a higher specialist copayment to see someone trained in general family care for my child's problem. I can describe this clinc in two words unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Please be careful he has one of his associates alcohol away the expiration dates so he can sell them. He makes you pay for unnecessary stuff just for him to get money, he makes you come to two visits that he can do in one, and your insurance only covers one visit but he does it in 2 because no one calls their insurance to confirm and he gets more money like that he's a scam artist please don't come here everything has been expired for almost 2 years. She said to sign in and fill out some paperwork after I finally got her attention. Paperwork was done, then I sat on the lobby for an entire hour. Now I'm in an exam room and have also been in here for an hour. It's not like I have a job or anything to get back to. This wait time is completely unacceptable and I will be taking my referral elsewhere. Absolutely ZERO regard for their patient's time and I can imagine the type of care that patients are actually getting. 10/10 do not recommend based on this experience alone.
