I came in for laser hair removal a while back. I love the results and staff was always friendly.

I got this as a Christmas present. I went in to start a tattoo removal process. I had a friend drive me for moral support because I was nervous. I've been here before because I used to take my ex wife here to get her tattoo removed. It takes multiple sessions, but was extremely quick. I paid for 14 sessions and each literally lasts maybe 45 seconds, which I just had my first one. WARNING: It absolutely hurts but no fault of their own. I was maybe there for 20 minutes in total. But the specialist was very careful and honest. It's a little pricy (hence the 4 stars otherwise it would be 5) but it's worth it. I recommend them to anyone. I would provide before/after photos but it's not really a tattoo in the best spot to broadcast. read more

I purchased 8 Glp-1 shots for $1200 from Gina who was so sweet while taking my money. After the 3rd shot I got extremely sick and I was told by my PCP that your increase from 2.5 to 5.0 after the 3rd shot was too quick. I would like a $750 refund for the remaining 5 shots I cannot take. On my 2nd appointment the ladies at the front desk convinced me to purchase another $900 for 8 NAD+of injections saying that it will help me shed weight even faster. I broke out in hives from the shot. I have never had hives in my life and was severely freaked out and cannot continue with the remaining injections. I want a refund of $787.00 for the 7 injections I cannot take. I'm asking for what is fair and reasonable nothing more. read more

I've been coming here for about 2 years as I brought a 10 session laser tattoo removal package and you have to leave around 2-3 months between appointments. When I first got it I felt this was a good place to go for laser tattoo removal options, other than of course the fact that they always try and push buying other products and packages on you. I tried xeomin twice also and both times seemed like a waste of money because I looked no different. There appears to be a massive turnaround of staff as I have never had the same person do my tattoo removal and even the front desk staff changes often. I have always turned up to every appointment on time and being seen pretty swiftly in the beginning but the last couple of times I haven't. Today I was 5 minutes late due to parking and my session takes 10 mins to laser a tiny tattoo on my wrist they said they started on the patient behind me and it wouldn't take long. An hour later I'm still waiting I would have rescheduled and gone home I'm not happy. Especially as last time I showed up early and they hadn't even got the machine ready or the specialist here to do it. Oh and after doing all 10 of my sessions I still have the tattoo and was made to purchase more they told me I was purchasing 3 and charged me for 6. Wouldn't give me a refund. Truth is I will not be buying anything else as I do not want to have to come back here after my final sessions I've paid for. read more

I have/had been a long time Laser Away customer. My first 10 treatments (Full legs, brazilian, & under arms) went mostly well. (Brazilian and my knees were a bit stubborn). I will say, the ladies at every office location are always so nice! I decided to get laser tattoo removal and get a full package to do a second round in some areas and first round in another (+ full arms, hands, fingers, feet, toes, upper lip). I'll be honest that I was disappointed by the results of both of those services I got. - Arms looked patchy and not much thinner and were embarassing to even grow back. Toes didn't look like they even had treatment, etc. - Tattoos could hardly tell were even being removed. Then told that it could take another 10 treatments (but if I was at halfway, they didn't even look halfway gone, I didn't want to take the chance to keep doing it there.) I honestly get the feeling that they want to give you mediocre/just good enough results to get you to *needing* to come back and keep getting treatments (just a hunch). Alternatives: For Laser Hair removal, I found a different place that charges over half the price and my one treatment with her gave me significantly better results than the TEN (10) treatments I had with Laser Away! Wish I had found her sooner. For Laser Tattoo Removal, I also found another place where it is the only thing they specialize in and they gave me a better price to remove more tattoos in a package that is not limited by number, by the results that the tattoos will be gone. Botox/Injectables - I did get some done with Laser Away - I have heard they are expensive, but they honestly seem to be better priced than other places I have been to and seemed to do a good job. Recap: Safe to recommend for injectables/botox. DO NOT Recommend for laser hair removal and laser tattoo removal, I would definitely recommend finding another option. read more

I received a call from a LaserAway representative on Friday, 10/14 detailing the promotions currently being offered. I was told that I had a $100 credit but further conversation revealed that this credit could only be used if I bought something. At this time, Friday at 1 pm, I set an appointment with the representative for Sunday, Oct 16 at 3:15 pm. The next day, Saturday, Oct 15 I received another call from a LaserAway representative...again, detailing the promotions I had just the day before declined. I mentioned this to the representative and the conversation ended. When I arrived at my Sunday appointment, I was told that the appointment wasn't until 3:45 or 4pm. I went and sat in my car to await the appointment. When I came back in the representative told me I had no appointment and they would try to get me in. That did not happen. I left LaserAway with no service having wasted gas and an hour of my time to find out the original appointment was never set. I find it odd that I received two solicitation phone calls and my appointment was not appropriately set. Time is a precious commodity and so is gas. I am appalled and irritated that if I'm not spending money, the level of customer service exponentially decreases. I came in for a Xeomin touch up which takes 5 minutes to do. The least the place could have done is honored that. However, they did not and tried to get me to schedule another time. Over the years, I have spent tens of thousands of dollars with LaserAway. Sadly, I will not be purchasing anything else from LaserAway and will encourage anyone else to do the same. read more

Once I finish my laser treatments, I do not plan to return to this company for any other services. My experience has been consistently negative since I started working with you all in November of last year at both the Southlake and the Fort Worth locations. As a platinum-level customer, I continue to receive the same excuses every time you call to cancel and reschedule my appointments. Out of the six visits I've actually been able to attend since November due to you all consistently cancelling on me, I've only been scheduled with the same nurse twice, despite my ongoing requests. This is due to continued nurse turnover or being told that the nurse called in for one reason or another. During today's visit at the Ft. Worth location, Nurse Jess confirmed that she has never called in and mentioned that Pamela often provides those excuses when they double book patients. Needless to say, I do not plan to recommend this place or return once my services are completed, as it's clear that customer service is not a priority for this company. read more

I have used laser away for several years in all different locations for botox and have been happy with my results. I am not sure what has happened but the last two times I have gone to the Fort Worth location and the Dallas location and have gotten over 60 (probably more) units of botox in my forehead and eleven's and it has hardly made ANY difference. botox is so expensive and it is the one thing I splurge on for myself and I am so SO disappointed. I do not know who to reach out to or where to reach them since I have never dealt with the same employee twice. I do not if they are using cheaper products, watering it down somehow or what but this is completely a rip off and my 150 unit bank will be gone in no time. read more

What a disappointment. I just didn't do their job. I have to drop by $1200 cash and on my follow up paid Bianca, the injector $100 cash TIP. As she proceeds to her next appointment,I looked in the mirror& then tol the manager she didn't do enough. I still looked wrinkled around my mouth & at the smokers lines & #11 & she advised to give it a few days. I called, I texted Bianca & sent 3 selfies. she then advised me, unbeknown to ne,that I only had four Botox units left over & that probably wouldn't be enough for #11 that was already paid for. When I went back by Laseraway in the Arlington Highlands, I was told that it was gonna cost me $15 a unit for Botox injection even though I went there because they were nine dollars each unit. They said it's because I wasn't a new patient anymore and that was gonna be my price shocked since I have been contacting them since day one is that they didn't do enough. And when I called or text for a refund for the four units, they didn't bother to use. I have to continue to contact them. They need to just send me a check for goodness sakes. Perhaps they should stick with hair removal. I was very dissatisfied with the injections, etc. They are not an A+ at customer service.Please don't waste your time. read more

Booking a laser tattoo removal appointment is a joke. Especially if you find a better alternative to their business. Resolving issues of cancelled appointments is not a simple task on the consumers end either. Once you're signed up for whatever they have you purchasing, backing out is a no go if you change your mind. Unless of course you read the fine print. Now assuming that no service was given, you wouldn't have to pay a dime if you cancelled any appointments with them. Unfortunately not the case. You can tell them you no longer want anything to do with their business, they'll hand you off to a debt collector to get their fair share. Honestly I wouldn't recommend having anything to do with this business. Based on a couple of other reviews, this business seem dependent on fraud tactics to stay afloat. read more

The reason that I wanted the Clear and Brilliant is that I was beginning to get texture on my face that I had not experienced before. This helped with that and my skin tone. I came in for a Brazilian laser removal with the membership and ended up with getting free under arm treatment, free clear and brilliant facial, and 20 units of botox. Every single time I come in these girls treat me like I'm a QUEEN. Big big shout out to Lauren and Taylor who are earth angels. I can never wait for my next treatments almost entirely because of how well they treat me here. This place is Rip off. I strongly suggest do not purchase the Clear and Brilliant treatment from them, go somewhere else. First, I was convinced to purchase six treatments package (instead of 3 was my original plan) to see the difference in my facial skin. Also, I had asked specifically what will happen if this treatment doesn't work for me, prior to the purchase. And I was told that we are a big company, and we care about every customer, will find an alternative treatment or refund if it doesn't work for you. After the initial eval, the salesperson assured me that the Clear and Brilliant treatment six treatments, is the right decision. After 1st treatment, the location staff member convinced me to buy Vitamin C, Cleanser, a Lighten-up cream, moisturizing cream, and SPF 50 with the treatment to see a difference. They never said upfront the products, while purchasing the service is required in conjunction with the treatment. If you don't use the products, then your skin will worsen. So be ready to spend additional monies. The staff members I dealt with manipulated, lied, and makes false promises to sell the products, and services. Once you pay them, that's all they care about. After every treatment, my facial skin and pigmentation worsened. I complained at the location, and the staff nurse said my facial skin will improve after the next treatment and then the next treatment, and I am fooled to believe in them. My facial skin worsened- drier, and patchy, with dark spots, and uneven tone after the treatments. It was a horrible experience. I complain after every treatment, and the staff nurse advised me to apply some over-the-counter products which help with the burning sensation but didn't improve the skin. The location staff does not care after the purchase. However, I tried to file a complaint to the corporate office directly to discuss this matter with someone responsive, but I was told to the only way to reach out to the corporate office is through the location staff member. Two of the staff members stated that they have filed a complaint to the corporate office on my behalf, and will come to a resolution soon, and no one reached out from the corporate office, neither resolution. I inquired about the name or contact info. Of the person who is looking at my complaint and refused to provide me with the info. I am not sure, who was looking at the complaint or if there is anyone from the corporate office. They want me to get done with the treatment soon, nothing matters to them. It is a marketing company, not a service provider, or care for the customer. LaserAway has no proper process, treatment plan, or customer service in place. I was hoping this place was better, but worse when it come to treating people of color. Do not waste your hard-earned money, and time and go through the pain, especially if you are a person of color. I've received a lip flip and clean and brilliant by Nurse Mindy. The staff are friendly, professional, and educated on the topics as to which I've had reservations in regards to! Feel like I'm getting scammed during my Tattoo treatment , they hire anyone and constantly new nurses that ARENT PROFESSIONAL IN TATTOO REMOVAL !! I've gotten multiple sessions , I feel that some nurses don't know what they are doing during my sessions they had a new nurse come in and they would explain how to do the procedure, personally I don't think they are experienced & that isn't ok to allow them to proceed with a procedure, this is my skin & I will take whatever precautions I have to take, not all nurses know what they are doing, some have told me they are even afraid of the machine?!? How will I feel comfortable?!?! Tbh I feel like they are taking my money I pay so much every month & im still paying off my debt... they know how to scam people. Multiple times I've had gotten a call no joke at least 3-4 times saying the machine is down and they can't do a session until the week later or until the tattoo machine is fixed?!!!!! Waste of time , and money !! Before you decide to go here please please don't fall for the plans they have do your research ask questions.... My first time coming to laser away I was very nervous ! As a modest woman I've never been to a spa, waxing appointment etc so I wasn't sure what to expect but my nurse was very knowledgeable and patient with me through out the entire process. I visited the Fort Worth location which is very nice! It's surrounded by a lot of other shops and places to eat in case you have something to do immediately afterwards. I walked in and checked in with the front desk staff they offered me a free facial that came with my services which I had no idea! Then I waited for no more than 5 minutes my nurse came and got me gave me a few minutes to change. Once she came back we started right away there's goggles to protect your eyes from the lasers for a bikini, my legs and underarms it took a total of 45 mins she gave me some supplies to take home with me and sent me on my way! Pain level was like 2/10 I had no reaction to the laser no burning sensations and no redness in my skin I began to see results after my first appointment. I would recommend shaving at least a day before your appointment! I shaved the morning of which caused a bit of pain while doing my underarms! After your first appointment - I would also recommend exfoliating before shaving when the hair starts to grow back because most likely it will just fall off! Overall I really like this location and the service they provided me, when I signed up for Laseraway I had a rep reach out to me who set me up with Laseraway and told me to contact her but honestly I have found her to be of no help at all and very unresponsive 0/10 which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. I've only had 1 laser appointment so far but my experience has been very pleasant! The front desk staff is super nice (especially Whitney she got me all set up and was super informative and answered ALL my 5,000 questions lol). My first session wasn't as painful as I thought it would be, the cooling def helps the experience and my tech (I believe her name was Jen) was so sweet and she went super fast. Side note, like I said I've only had one session and I am already seeing a reduction of about 90 percent of hair, I now shave every week and a half and the areas are soooo smooth!!!! Just wanted to say I really love this place and the hair is not as thick as before. I have 7 more treatments left. My first treatment I wasn't really happy with the customer tech, but my 2nd treatment with Lauren was the best. She was a people's person. So of course I wanted her for my third visit. I was disappointed because she was training Lisa so she couldn't take me , but then I got Little Miss Ally and she was just as amazing as Lauren so I'm happy now these lady's have great energy and I don't mind the 50 minute drive as long as they are around. read more
