I go to Total Med Solutions every three months for Dysport and I have always had a good experience. Their Nurse Practitioner Tracy has done all of my services. She really takes the time to go over your past results to make sure you get what you need. All of the staff are friendly and professional. I originally found them through a Groupon. You can usually use one Groupon every 90 days but make sure to read the fine print before purchasing to determine if it meets your needs. Services bought through Groupon don't earn you rewards points through programs like ASPIRE Rewards, so you may do better overall buying directly from them - I highly recommend signing up for email and text alerts so you get notified of their flash sales. read more

Absolutely WORST experience I've ever had at a med spa! If you don't mind being treated like just a number and throwing your money at them, then sure, give them a shot. I will never give them another dime! Here's why: 1. I scheduled a consultation about 3 weeks ago with the "doctor" to discuss what I had been doing (for treatments) at the previous med spa I used to go to in Nashville (prior to moving to TX), what my budgetary considerations were, and what type of results I was striving to obtain (I have been getting mild botox treatments to help with my migraines - certainly not for vanity). I spent a good 20 - 30 minutes with the doctor, who during that time just kept trying to sell me more services - I should have known that this wasn't going to be good. 2. I scheduled my FIRST appointment at that time for today (12/5 at 12pm). I received multiple confirmations from them. I showed up a few minutes early, checked in, and waited...and waited...and waited. It was nearly 30 minutes before I was seen (I had asked the reception desk around 12:15pm how long it was going to be, as I had a call I needed to be on at 1pm. The 2 girls at that desk didn't seem to be overly concerned, nor did they seem to care that I was now being pushed for time.). 3. The doctor tells me that the patient before me showed up late and pushed all appointments back (If someone is over 15 - 30 minutes late they should have to reschedule, not the client that booked an appointment and showed up on time). I was asked to show her which areas I wanted to have treated, which I did. She threw out an dosage amount. I asked what the cost was going to be, and she said between $169 - $179 (I had a $95 credit, so that was going to keep me under my budget, which I was happy about). 4. No numbing solution before she injected me. No discussion about after care or a follow-up appointment to make sure everything is okay in a week or so. No topical after-injection product after the service (which I have always gotten after a treatment with other med spas I've gone to - SPF to protect the injected areas). AND when I went to pay for the service it was $40 more than the price the doctor quoted. Once again, the girls at the reception desk seemed like I was putting them out vs. the other way around. They were talking to each other while I was waiting to get my receipt from them. And, the doctor says "Nice to meet you" and rushes off, as if we didn't have a very detailed conversation prior to my appointment. Not once during this time did any of their staff make me feel like I was a client, nor did they make me want to become a returning client. How deceptive to misquote pricing and then expect you to be happy with it! A bit shady, very unprofessional, and an extremely uncomfortable environment. I will be looking for another facility that will be able to treat my migraine symptoms AND treat me like a person and not just a number. read more
