If I could leave without stars I would. I purchased 3 groupons for laser hair removal that was a little over $600 - $700 and called and scheduled my appointments. The person that helped we was very kind and helpful. I went to my first appointment and had my laser treatment to the 3 areas I had chosen. One of the areas was my upper legs. It was soooo painful but thank God I was able to complete it. They dont use cold air like some other laser places use along with the laser machine. I was told i needed my next appointment in 5-6 weeks and I was scheduled for these. I received a text message confirming my appointment. At 1:56 pm I received a message cancelling my appointment that was scheduled for the next day due to the laser machine being down and that I would be rescheduled as soon as possible. A week went by and i contacted them again. You call the office and they never answer, you have to leave a voice message which I did. I also used the virtual chat on their page that notified staff to contact me, which they did. The fist time someone said the machine was still down but they would try to get me schedules as soon as possible which they never did. I called again, used the chat and again someone reached out to me, her name was Jennifer and once I explained the reason I was trying to contact and gave my information she stopped responding again. So unprofessional. I will be putting in a complaint with groupon due to this facility not honoring the service I was supposed to receive. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. I've been to many spa's and never experienced such lack of professionalism. read more

This is one of the hidden gems in Fort Worth, and is now has a sister location in Decatur. I've been visiting this practice for years for not only botox, but facial, fillers, and aesthetic treatments. As I've aged, and am now in my 40's the treatments recommended have changed. I last did 3 rounds of Tixel for my Keratosis (skin texture issues). The Tixel treatments helped incredibly, and not only helped with the keratosis, but has improved my skin texture, tightness, and removed wrinkles as well! Missy and her team are awesome. read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. Most of them are negative. I've just finished my 6 laser hair removal sessions. Every time I've been to the office, it's always been the same unpleasant receptionist. She is neither warm or friendly. She's actually quite rude. It's such an unpleasant way to begin my appointments. The person who does the laser hair removal is great though. She's very nice. I initially switched to this salon for laser hair removal, because of the location and great Groupon price. The other place I've been to in Fort Worth allows you to continue the purchase more sessions at the Groupon price once you've completed all of your sessions. They don't allow that here. That's why I've switched to a salon down the street with much more competitive prices. I'm not disappointed to go. read more

GREAT service, CONSIDERATE staff members, CONVENIENT location, LIMITED parking, and I went there with a DEAL. I got laser hair removal treatments which worked well but not 100%, which is partially my fault (some times it was too painful). I had my underarms done elsewhere that wasn't painful in the least but this location has the newest lasers (one with an attached cooling hose). There are always deals on this type of stuff so DON'T PAY FULL PRICE, not here or elsewhere. I would recommend this place. read more

OK, this was by far the best experience I've ever had getting laser hair removal treatments! Casey (the woman who did my treatments) was SO wonderful, polite, knowledgeable, and just down right sweet! I've had this treatment done may times before I can say without a doubt, she knew her stuff! The equipment they have there is top of the line to make the experience as pleasant as possible (considering you are getting LASER hair removal treatments) and they even prescribe a numbing anti inflammatory cream for your next visits and suggest how many and how frequently you should go based on your personal hair growth issues I would HIGHLY recommend this facility for anyone who is interested in getting laser hair removal treatment (there's a GREAT coupon on Groupon right now, too)!! read more

Refused to honor a groupon that we'd purchased for our daughters birthday.

Groupon facial was nice for $38. It wasn't a super luxurious spa, but I didn't mind it too much. The esthetician was very nice. They did not have change for my $20 bill which was weird. I didn't feel like stiffing the poor lady especially on a groupon facial, but I wouldn't normally give $20 on a $75 valued facial. They do not do waxing either. On the bright side I walked over to Wink. $12 for excellent eyebrow service! read more

I have to say I'm truly amazed!! The lady that runs this place is more than extremely talented she is a perfectionist x 10... I was there for no more that 40 minutes and I feel like I look 10 years younger and rested!!! CRAZY.. She was really conservative in her pricing and let me know that she could do a bit more but wanted me to see results and make up my own mine.. I hate to give 5 stars but to do less is a misleading insult to her and her staff... Speaking of her staff,- not all that great of a team yet but might be in the near future- all super freaking cute though one girl has a Winnie dog tattoo on her arm and if you don't see it for yourself you won't understand why it's just too cool . I'm not the type to allow anyone to take my pictures for results - I left saying no the the pictures, got to my truck and decided to go back in and let her use my results because she is just that unreal.. I told her that if she would have youtube the secession she get a million hits showing her skills that you won't find in N. Dallas at twice the prices and ten percent of the give a damn... I've been coming here for awhile. I think the staff is very nice, but I have to say they have unreliable hours. Today is the second time I went there and the doors were locked and no one working. I always call now before I show up, and today I was told they would be there until noon to just come in. I got there at 11:40 and to no avail. This is so FRUSTRATING! When I called this morning to confirm what time someone would be available they should have told me that they were planning to leave early. She knew what I needed so if they couldn't do it she should have the courtesy to let their customers know to come back another day! I took off of work to go there. I am not happy at all. read more

So instead of owning up and apologize for their mistake, front desk told me we have to come back later today or next week. We have work and we planned certain time and day for this. I like this place. I've been to tons of med-spas, and am not afraid to use my groupon account to get a good deal. I had the derma plane done, which I like but I think microderm is better bang for the buck. She did a nice job and even did a little micro on my nose so it was more into the pores. I've noticed my blackheads need a little more help then they used to. I didn't have any issues, and I must say she had some of the best lips and cheeks. I am thinking about getting my lips done there someday soon. The girls at this place didn't look some how related after all being over filled the same way like they do at some spas. I always feel like its sort of creepy when everyone at a med spa looks like clones. Pretty clones, but I like people a little less clone like. read more

Extremely inconvenient hours, rude and will turn away your business/money rather than accommodate your schedule if you hit traffic, even if you're the last appointment. Only open one Saturday a month, close at noon on Monday, 5:00 Tuesday & Wednesday, 6:00 Thursday and 2:00 Friday. If you have an 8:00-5:00 I highly discourage you coming here. I made an appointment for 5:30 on a Thursday (which only left 30 min for the appointment) 2 weeks in advance AND an additional appointment for the end of May for a Thursday again at 5:30 bc of their hours and made it very clear I do not get off work until 5:00 and work north of 820 off 35. The lady I spoke with said it wouldn't be a problem. I called around 5:15 to let them know I would be about 5-10 minutes late bc of traffic but they didn't answer so I left a message. When they returned my call I was 5 minutes away but told I would have to cancel because there was 15 minutes of paperwork? When I made my appointment I was never informed of this. Why would you recommend a 5:30 time slot then if there's 15 min of paper work but you close at 6? I would understand if There was an appointment after me since that would cause further scheduling issues, but I was the last appointment for the day. If you're considering going here, I recommend you give your hard earned money to someone else. read more

When they CAN accomidate you, it's fine (not super fancy but nice enough), but my last TWO facials here have been cancelled morning of the appointment after waiting six weeks for an appointment. They cancelled with about 8 hours notice this time which admittedly was more notice than I got last time. It's extremely frustrating, because in both cases they rescheduled me for another month out with no more than a "sorry". But to comment on the actual service during my last facial, the woman talked the whole time and the one hour facial was about 10 minutes short... Didn't so much as offer me water (note: I was eight months pregnant at the time). So not nearly as relaxing as one might hope. :-/ My advise... save your money (and your sanity) and go to some place that doesn't have so many staffing/management issues. URGH. read more

First off, when I initially purchased the facial treatment they were supposed booked for three months, but when I finally got to my appointment 3 months later, I was the only one in the entire spa. Also, the treatment I paid for was supposed to be an hour long, and in reality it took 15 minutes. I had mentioned it to the esthetician but she seemed confused and unconcerned with that aspect. I basically could have done what the esthetician did at home (washed my face and put moisturizer on it). Even the microdermabrasion treatment felt rushed and sporadic. Not to mention, she tried to sell me more products and treatments DURING my facial: asking me if I would like to buy a variety of chemical peels. In my mind, a facial should be a relaxing time not a time to worry about people selling you things. Finally when she said she was finished, she lingered around the front desk with me which made me feel rather uncomfortable since it seemed as though she wanted to see how much I would tip her. Granted, I certainly am far from stingy when it comes to tips especially if they do a good job, but after only a 15 minute basic face washing session worth apparently 75 dollars... I was left unsatisfied and frustrated to say the least. read more

Purchased a Groupon for a microdermabrasion which did not do much for some of my acne scars an a few age spots. So, I was told the skin pen treatment was what I needed and I bought a package of three skin pen treatments and microdermabrasion in between. No one mentioned it might not work or I would need more than three to get rid of my skin issues. After the treatments which were not cheap, I do not see much improvement. A bit lighter on the age spot, but not much of a change at all anywhere else. Very disappointed considering the expense. read more
