I've had a few sessions for laser hair removal and RN Tati is great. Shes sweet and takes the time to ask if anything hurts / if a break is needed. I just went to a consultation here on Tuesday for a laser facial. I've been dealing with acne and have been trying different face masks, facials and even prescription ointments. Anyway, I was told about this treatment called clear and brilliant that another friend of mine started doing and so I wanted to see if it would help me. I came in and was given all the information I needed to get me excited and try it out. Today I had my first treatment and I am in LOVE. It didn't hurt. Very inexperienced and unprofessional and NO RESULTS. I'll start by stating for a fact they give $50 discounts for good reviews on Yelp and check-ins, I was asked to participate. I bought a package, ILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN ANYWHERE, halfway though they said I wasn't even approved for the treatment so they stopped and said we can give you half your money back since it was package pricing, NO JOKE. Took my money and cut off treatment. After spending over 8k in a month here I would have thought I'd be treated like a client, instead this time I experienced the worst service I have had at any Med Spa. So, I'm in for my 2nd IPP facial out of a package of 12 treatments I pre-paid for between Clear and Brilliant and IPL. The tech who has treated me before processed to tell me she can't do any area with facial hair, I said fine just do my neck like they did the last time to make up for that. She did my face then it was time to do my neck, she said it was red and I said my skin tone is always a bit red, so she had to get a second opinion. My face is done, I'm lying on the table with gel on my face and googles, freezing I don't know who came in to look at me but they were in and out, in the hall, talking then she came back in and see they need to contact the nurse, I have left there again for another 10 min, goggles on just lying there, this nonsense went on for 15 to 20 minutes, like they were calling their lawyers to get advice. Finally, the tech came back in and said we can't do the IPL on your neck or anyone where else for that matter. I said you just did it and my neck was done 4 weeks ago? So she then said they don't recommend the IPL for my skin type, mind you, have left I had a good result not a single issue after any treatment. She then said I'll have all Clear and Brilliant laser going forward and that I still wasn't clear to do those, I said I have already done 2? No reply, no logical explanation. So now the tech asks if I wanted to get clearance now while I'm there, I said ok even though at this point it was a _ _ _ _ show. I finally get the goggles off and faced cleaned up after lying there for 20 minutes doing nothing. I wait in the room longer thinking an RN is coming in, 10 more minutes, nobody comes in, the tech finally comes in and says I'm going to get a phone call, I wait longer and nothing, no call, she comes in and asked if I got the call? Nothing, I finally said I must go and have them a video call me later. Later comes nothing still. Now I paid for treatments I had and wanted but now I have no idea what's going on, Again 4 treatments no issues, just results but they are panicking for some reason, maybe they have been sued before is all I can think of. So I call the location and the girl that answered and I asked to speak to a manager or owner and I explained what happened. She knew what happened and still had nothing to explain as she put me on hold while they locate someone that does. The call hangs up! She calls me back and says she can't get anyone on the phone to help but she will have them call me ASAP, 24 hours later, nothing, I called their corporate office and went to customer service at 2pm where the phone just rang and rang. No apology nothing to make a client happy and a client forever, time to get the young employee there into a customer service seminar and training, they don't have knowledge of what they are doing. I had my first consultation with Diana yesterday, and she was so down to earth and not judgey at all. She was very honest and upfront about everything. They were able to book an appointment for the same day to start my treatment. The staff was so kind and friendly. The establishment was clean. Pain-wise, totally manageable. So let me start off by saying i am a Transgender woman. So i set up a Brazilian and under arm package, mostly for the Brazilian portion as it is needed as part of my transition. So this was my first laser appointment ever on July 23rd . I was not obviously not quite sure what to expect but I did know I was going to be quite exposed during this so I was abit nervous and was anticipating feelings of embarrassment. I was not all worried about pain as I do i have quite a high pain tolerance. When I arrived I found a very friendly staff to greet me as I checked in and a nice clean waiting room. When my nurse came to get me we preceeded to the room Marcel was very friendly and through the whole procedure and made me feel very comfortable. I didn't feel embarrassed or awkward at all. Over all it was a very pleasant first experience. I saw alot of good results on my underarms and my Brazilian but I still have 5 more treatments to go before I'm totally hairless in those areas lol. Milli is the best! This is my 2nd time for underarm and Brazilian here. She is so helpful and concern with my sensitive skin. It was honestly a sharp pain for me, can't say that I don't feel anything. So I decided to bought a package of numbing cream to be put on 30 minutes earlier the procedure. During, the laser process, I still have a bit sharp pain (better that my first time experience) but Milli gave me a quick break together with Ice pack. She was so attentive and very sweet.
