Horrible bedside manner. The doctor has little to no empathy for the amount of pain he puts you through. The office is tiny and cramped - not welcoming at all. Writing this review for my husband who I booked here to have his microblade eyebrows removed! 5 years ago a popular place here did his brows, but thick brows were in or something and they made them waaaay too thick for his face. We waited forever for them to fade, but no luck! Finally knew he needed to get those things removed so we can get them redone somewhere else, so after some searching this place came up! My hope was for an affordable price that would not take a million sessions, because my husband is stubborn about appointments and just getting him into one would be an accomplishment lol. Anyway they did an amazing job! They removed about 80% the first visit and what was left was a very light red/brown. Honestly so much was removed in one visit that I think he could get away with just that, but he booked one more final treatment just in case. I'm removing 5 large portraits & 4 medium/small tattoos and I'd say I'm halfway through I'm 7 sessions in and they're 60-70% gone. I started with only half my tattoos and just recently decided to add the rest of my tattoos. Pricing is very decent compared to other places I visited when looking for somewhere to go as I wanted to remove a large amount. The office is clean but small but really doesn't matter in my opinion you're in and out. Staff are very professional and polite I've never had an issue with scheduling or rescheduling. I will recommend calling before you decide to show up as the office is very busy I have never gone and it been slow so make sure you book in advance. I started my journey in 2021 summer, and I have nothing but glowing things to say about this place. The prescription level lidocaine cream is a game changer to where it is manageable pain. Instead of the burning and searing others talk about when they get removal done. Recovery was never that difficult each session. I had 6 sessions total with ~10-13 weeks in between each one and by the time 2023 came around, it was completely gone where you would never notice something was ever there. Granted mine was maybe three inches in size and on my bicep, where there's a lot of blood flow. But the ink was still tattooed on pretty solidly originally. The prices also... it was honestly probably 1/3 the price of Removery when I got a consultation. My chest tattoo after 12 treatments from this office and I'm not happy with the results. He clearly missed the spots on the last treatment on October 2023. I do not recommend this place. Despite my friend told me to switch to the actual dermatologist, I didn't want to start an another process which costs more money so I chose to finish my treatments from this place. I started treatment from this place back in December 2017. I had prior treatments from other business so my total treatments are 22 and I can still see my tattoo. My friend had a similar colored tattoo and hers is completely gone after 8 treatments in dermatologist's office. To be fair my blue ink tattoo is gone after 7 treatments from this office 6 prior treatments from other. And total of 22 treatments combined with other business and my tattoo on my chest with green ink tattoo is still there. This office doesn't validate parking. I agree with other patient who gave this business one star. He gets you in and minimal results to get you come back and string along as much as he can. read more

Dr Aldridge got rid of my solid black, credit card sized tat for just $100 per session. He does all the laser work himself and is very thoughtful and particular about the process. He also uses a top of the line laser. He won't try to upsell you by spacing the sessions too close to be effective. I was going every 6 months. He has a simple office space and focuses only on tattoo removal, nothing else. Therefore he doesn't have the overhead that med spas have, doesn't need to employ a bunch of med techs, doesn't need tons of rooms and equipment. This is how he keeps prices low and he's truly an expert on tattoo removal because it's his main focus. I wasted thousands of dollars at a med spa in Silver Lake before switching the process to Dr Aldridge. Wish I started with him from the beginning. I can't believe I'm at the end of my removal journey. It was not fast. 3.5 years. But that's just how it is. I'm light skinned but I also understand he is very good with dark skin tones, which is more difficult. Don't waste your money at fancier places. He is legit!! read more

I needed to get rid of my old eyebrow microblading, which was probably 7-8 years old. The Dr. got rid of the inks for me within 2 sessions. He was cautious and went light on the ink the first time, then adjusted the intensity higher on the 2nd session. I was so happy I found this place. Absolutely incredible establishment. Went in July of 2024 for my consultation (which was free) and since then have had 6 sessions (with 8-12 weeks in between each appointment) and my tattoo that was about 3 x 3 inches around my bicep is completely vanished now! Dr Aldridge is so kind and helpful and was wonderful. Also extremely affordable compared to other places that were trying to charge $100 or $200 for JUST a consultation, where as this was a free consultation and I got a package deal for my removal that was $450 for all 6 sessions (some places were trying to charge me $400 A SESSION). Also want to note while everyone's experience may be different I did not experience much pain during the session themselves due to them giving you numbing cream and also blowing cold air directly on the tattoo during the laser process, the most pain I ever felt was the equivalent of getting snapped with a rubber band on the wrist. I can't believe I only needed 4 treatments to remove my tattoo. I'm not going to say that this is painless because it does hurt. Hurts worse than getting the actual tattoo. While they laser you they blow really cold air on it at the same time. The pain only lasted a few seconds as my tattoo is small. They offer numbing cream but I never used it because I didn't want to wait an extra 30 min for the cream to kick in. They're super busy and they go by appts only. The doctor is super nice and he's quick. They're pretty punctual about taking you at your appt time. You might feel some tenderness and aching afterwards if your tattoo is on the bone but it goes away after a few hours. I recommend this place to all my friends. Apparently I have scar tissues from the 2 areas that are being treated. He informed me that he doesn't want to do the treatment until it improve. He told me what to do to heal the scar tissues. When I first came here i was a little skeptical but after dr. Aldridge saw my tattoos he assured me they will be gone. Dr is careful and uses cool air if needed to ease the pain he also offers numbing cream. I have had 2 tattoos successfully removed already and am saving up to get 2 more removed. (What they don't tell you... the laser breaks down your ink sending the white blood cells to that area from the machine hence why it frosts and turns white for a tiny bit, and then your white blood cells break down the ink and your body naturally poops the ink out. ) laser isn't magic and it will take more than one session to get a real tattoo gone. I had a 6 year old tattoo on my upper back when I went to see Dr. Aldridge that was very dark black lettering. I realized I should look into tattoo removal when I never wanted to wear a tank top or show my back anymore because people should see my tattoo. The consultation was fast and easy and he gave me the pricing right away. He thought because my tattoo was so large (18 sq. in) I would need 10 sessions but I just prepaid for the 6 session package and wanted to wait to see the results. His pricing is far less expensive and much more reasonable than the other places I was quoted, particularly from bigger offices like Laser Away so I was very pleased with the price I was paying. It's been 2.5 years since my first session and my tattoo is GONE. Like, you cannot even tell that I had a tattoo there. Dr. Aldridge and his staff were very welcoming and I felt like I was well taken care of every session. Tattoo Removal does take time and I did wait more than the suggested 6-8 weeks between each session. Your body will help get rid of the tattoo in between sessions and the longer you wait the more time you body/skin will have to heal. It is painful but he does offer Lidocaine cream which I HIGHLY recommend. 10/10 for Dr. Aldridge and his team. I will try to find photos of before and after to post along with this review. Dr. Aldridge is THE best!!! I can not rave enough about his professionalism and services. I originally found his business when I bought a Groupon to get an unwanted tattoo removed. Listen to me boys and girls when I say have a second third and 6 thousand thought before you decide on putting ink on your body, it's not the act of ink because I have two other tattoos that I love however it's what you decide to get hint hint wink wink :O) Before and after pictures to soon follow.
