Well, I'm extremely disappointed by the Cool Sculpting at Lazeraway in Valencia! I asked the lady before I paid over $2200 if this was going to make a difference, she of course told me what I wanted to hear, YES, "you will lose 2-3 inches from your waste". So I went ahead and paid upfront, which also felt a little odd that they require that, why would they ask me to pay upfront for a service I was having in 2 months. It all felt a little "use car salesman" to me. She said it would take 2-4 months to see the results, so I waited and waited and waited!!! No results. It makes my stomach turn that I paid that much money for NO RESULTS. I went back to Lazeraway to talk to them about it. They took me into a room to see if I was telling the truth by asking to see my abs, so I did, just to see if they would rectify this issue. Their way of resolving it was to tell me that I need to do it again for better results. WHAT?!?! Pay another $2200 for your scam! No Thanks! Don't waste your money on this procedure! It DOESN'T work!!! Very upsetting. read more

Gave me 2 wildly different quotes on the same day (1 consultant & 1 nurse). Told me the Manager would call me the next day to clarify; no call back, no Manager there when I called them. I have been coming to this location for about 3yrs, actually signed up a week before Covid shut everything down. I've had mixed feelings, as within this time it's been a higher turnaround with employees and information wasn't always accurate. However, I met Shayna and from the start has been so accommodating. I've noticed a huge difference definitely worthy of more than 5 stars. Recently, I was waiting to receive treatment and had a anxiety attack, Shayna was so sweet, she stayed with me the whole time, even holding my hand to try and calm me down, unit my family came to pick me up. That just tells you the kind of person she is, I am so grateful for her, she is truly a beautiful person, with a heart of an angel. I've had a great experience with Laser Away from the very start! I've been looking into getting Botox for years now and finally worked up the courage to do it. I saw an ad for Laser Away on my Instagram and thought it looked like a cute, modern and comfortable treatment center. I signed up for a free consultation and had a zoom chat with one of the consultants Tanya. She was extremely knowledgeable, personable, nice and very responsive to me. I loved her personality and she definitely made me feel comfortable about the treatment as well. I was so nervous going into it but I made my appointment for that weekend. The location was super clean and the front desk receptionist was sweet as well. Michelle performed my treatment for me and made me (again) feel super comfortable and calm with the whole experience!! It was painless and super quick. I'm SO happy with my results so far, it's been about 2 weeks since my Botox and I love it. At first I thought it was actually working, there were "temporary " changes. But now weeks after my last session, my hair on my underarms and feet are back to their normal growth. As if I had not undergone the laser hair removal treatments.
